nakita ko kc na nag-visit ka sa profile ko and meron kang qeury about sa previous k1s mo... kaya nila dineny ang k1 mo dahil sa wlang nag-withdraw ng 2 petitions mo e still active pa un sa knila kc sunud-sunod na filing yan k1 mo e...

previous petitions are all still active and neither of the beneficiary and the petitioners didnt do anything to withdraw the previous petitions... all previous petitions should be withdraw by the petitioners or the beneficiary... after you received a letter from the US Embassy stating it was revoked and they sent it back to the USCIS that's the only time u can file for a K1 petition again...

K2 EAD was just approved!...
