    Ok!!!! another week gone by.. Still waiting for the case complete... Anyone ahve any ideas here on when it will come? please advise!!!!!!!

      more patience :-) as nvc advised need to wait for 6 to 8 weeks but it wont take that long. it took almost 4 months..keep waiting sooner you will have it :-) goodluck!

    OK!!!!! Waiting and Waiting and Waiting... How much Longer? Mine was approved in August and we are now in the second week of October starting Monday. How much longer?

    Well i called the NVC and they told me they received my paperwork though the AVR is still saying they haven't. they said it is under review. it will take another 6 to 8 weeks according to the woman at NVC. a standard message. i pray it doesn't take as long as that.

      hi! dont worry it wont take that long for you to wait..more patience :-) ... in my case im still praying so hard for a miracle for my medical...

      The AVR can take a couple days to update sometimes. It is always best to speak to someone at the NVC.

    well sent off IV package today. Called NVC they told me that they received the AOS package and will scan it in. The IV package will be there tomorrow. Hopefully it is smooth sailing from here.

    Well the fee shows paid already. tomorrow the last of the paperwork leaves to go. woohoo.. one step closer

    finally received the IV bill.. Was paid tonight so it's a matter of time.

      same thing that happened to me.. i sent the ds 3032 thru email on 9/9/10 but we haven't get the iv bill till now...so what i did is i resend it to them.

      more patience it will be sooner as u expected. if ur wife emailed here ds3032 she should have auto response from nvc an hours as she sent it. and she will received the confirmed notice that nvc received within a day or 2 days after she recieved the auto response thru email..hope it answered to the question u asked :-)... goodluck!

      hi! thanks God i'm almost done soon :-) ... my interview will be on oct 7....Goodluck NVC process is quicker compared to noa2 approval :-)

    NVC has received my petition but syas they haven't entered it into the system. They want me to call next week. two weeks ago they told me to call in two weeks. What is with this?

      This is normal. It can take 60 days to enter into the system. Call back later, they'll have it soon.
