Got a RFE today bc i forgot hubbys passport pics but will get em sent off tomorrow and hopefully get a case completed soon and a interview set.... hope everyone is having a great week!!!!!!

Hey guys i need alil help.... I paid the last $400 payment today waiting on coversheet woohoo!!!!! But my job is transfering me next week so my address will change. so is there a form to change my address should i send it in first b4 the last set of documents r afterwards... thanks

I snooped around a bit, and I think you can just contact the NVC about this. I found this thread:

Make sure to fill out the forms with the post office so that any mail that accidentally might go to your old address will be forwarded to the new one.

rec'd our email yesterday for the IV bill .... our choice of agent was entered one week after i mailed it snail mail ( didn't have access to a scanner) so things are moving along!!! yay now i just gotta wait on payday next week to pay the $400 and mail in the last packet woohoo getting excited

Hello everyone wow this thread got big in the last 4 days that i haven't been on lol....... Just wanted to update ya on sum info i got early this week. I talked to a very nice person at NVC bc i was confused on the co-sponser thing.... I was told that as long as i am making over poverty level for 2009 i don't have to have a sponser...... this was great news bc two outta my last 3 yrs i didnt meet the requirements but this yr so far i have. I just hope she wasn't a new person that didn't know what she was talking about lol..... I sent in my choice of agent but i haven't got my employment letter yet so im at a stand still until i get it. I hope everyones case is moving along at lightening speed. Good luck.

I have a question about the I864...

Where I list my income for 2006, 2007 & 2008, my 2006 income reported on my tax return includes my ex-husband's income, since we filed jointly that year (divorce wasn't final). Do I still put the full amount there?

I'm sure I'm over-thinking all of this.

I got it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOA2 was in the mail today when i got home WOOHOO!!!!! i'm so happy !!!! I didn't get a email like usual but im happy with the hardcopy !!!!! YAY NVC here i come !!!!!!!

Got a email from USCIS saying they received my evidence(long form BC) and have resumed my case.... That was last week and i got a touch on the 24th and the 25th so hopefully that means they r working on my case. I'm hoping for that NOA2 anyday now.... Good luck to everyone...... Can anyone post the link for the March fliers i can't find it i would like to see how many more march fliers haven't received NOA2....

My husband and I got my interview letter today. We're so happy that the USCIS are working so fast! My interview appointment will be on Sept. 29, 2009 at 6:30 AM in Dallas, Texas. My husband was wondering about the time "6:30 AM?" Are they really open at 6:30 in the morning? For those who had their interview in Dallas please share your interview experienced.

Congrats my husband and I had a 7am appt at the Dallas, Tx office back in Feb to get our I-130 forms...... But we set it online, this was before we submitted anything and didn't know how to go about the Visa process so we got a appt for they to explain it to us. Good luck

I received a RFE for not sending my long-form birth cert..... I had sent in a certified copy but if wasn't right. It took me about 10days to get my long-form from the county courthouse i was born in....

Could the courthouse take any longer mailing me my long form birth cert....... of course they wait until 2 weeks b4 my 5 months to send me a RFE.... I miss my hubby so much, good luck to everyone i hope we all get through this soon.

Well i got my RFE in the mail yesterday it was for my birth Cert , said they needed the long form b.c. i had sent them a certified copy but had got it at my local court house and not at the one in Titus county where i was actually born..... guess that was dumb on my part but honestly i didn't know there was a difference.... I just hope it doesn't delay my case to long. its gonna take about a week or longer to get them to mail it to me.... Good luck with everyone's case hopefully we will all get approved this month........
