Thanks! Yea plenty of time :wacko: but I wish it was tomorrow instead.... I really don't need to study, just a one-time read over..... I went to school here my whole life, pretty good at history / govt stuff and still know alot and follow politics daily ;P gonna kill myself waiting till july

Received my Interview letter.. WOOHOO!!! It's on July 2 at 9 AM!!! am I gonna set some type of record for miami timelines? lol

Contact your federal Court and request a private Oath ceremony, there will be you, the federal Judge, someone from USCIS and the clark of the court.
My wife had a private Oath Ceremony, it was arranged though the Federal Court in Boston.

Curious, Tay, do you think this request prolonged the final oath ceremony or the opposite?

soon though for us April 20th filers, been 3 weeks already

I am doing the same with my interview letter which I am hoping will come in soon! I do see a varying amount of time though for the arrival of that letter depending on where people live, unfortunately not too many applicants from San Francisco for me to compare the timeline to!

Anci78, did your case status online changed before u received the bio appointment? What about after the bio apts? What does your case status say now? Thanks, I wish u get your interview letter soon

They have not updated my online status since they received my application, and I have already done biometrics and am waiting for interview appt, still same status.

I was just wondering if there is an option of having the oath on the same day as interview?
I noticed that some members have had this done in some States. My partner and I are anxiously waiting for the certificate so he can send off K1 for me, his interview is scheduled for June.

He is a long distance truck driver so perhaps if this option is a possibility that may go in his favour, as his job means he is usually out of the State so would be easier to have interview and oath on same day??

Hi there, from what I have seen on the forums, it doesn't seem like that is an option down here, we just have to wait the long lines everywhere...... I wish it was different ;\
