Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your help on this post. I'm preparing my nautralization package and I just wanted to check if I need to send the original documents(wife's birth certificate, child birth certificate, etc) or I can send scanned coppies?

I would apply for a job before your EAD is approved. That's what i did anyways. I would apply two months before your expected aproval because the hiring process takes about two months on average so if you get hired your potential employer can wait a week or so.
What I did, I applied 2 motnhs before I got my EAD. On the interview I would tell them that I'm in the process of getting my EAD and I would ask them when they expect you to start. Based on that you can talk to your employer and see if you can work something out. If they really like you, they can wait for a week or two.
Just be upfront and honest during your interviews...
