It's nearly impossible to find work after you hit about 30 years old where my wife is from - especially if you're female. Age discrimination is huge there! Her parents aren't able to get a job so if they don't have their own business then there is no work. They have to rely on their kids to work and help support everyone. There really isn't any "retirement" option from the very beginning. I'm sure you're answers are going to be spread from case to case just like any other country would be.

I am at a complete loss for words. Last week my baby started catching a cold. She just didn't feel good and was running a temperature. She got some flu type meds from the pharmacy and felt a little better Sunday. She felt bad on Monday and her fever was back so she went to the doctor. He told her she has PTB As far as she knows she'd never been exposed, no family members with it and has always been healthy. Out of the blue, here's this 2 weeks before her interview
She was flying to Manila on the 3rd (5 days from now) to get started on her medical then her interview date is May 18th. What do we do? I'm so lost right now I don't know what to do. I just can't believe this.

Yes, you'll HAVE to look for him! The waiting area for you is across the street from the ramp where he'll exit the international terminal. Like was said here, there are alphabetical signs there too that help narrow down the area you'll have to look through. If he's close to 6' tall he'll stand out pretty well though..LOL
If you don't find him though, he'll NEVER find you! I stood there looking across the street at a SEA of 5' something Filipinos and thought "omg I'll never find her!!"
