We have tax transcripts for 2008, 2007 and 2006 but we still have to do the I-864 since he did not make 100% above poverty nor 125%. He got into a really bad car accident. Thank god he lived.

He's making it now and that is what matters. Plus once I'm down there, he'll start getting paid for dependents so it's not the issue.

But yeah, I think I'm so confused. I've ended up doing like 90% of this process by myself because he hates paperwork.

And great job on the excel, it looks so pretty and colourful!

If he has paychecks now that when summed up annually will meet the poverty guideline, send in his latest paycheck and employment letter.

I heard that some got away with that even if they didn't meet the poverty level. I don't know how many percentage of success though.

thank you and all I can do right now to help you and everybody waiting for the approval is by praying.

Just to share something, my husband did not call USCIS all the time. i guess he was becoming impatient when the receiver would say " Still no change"! LOL! We never got a touch, even once so I was worried. Just wait a while longer. Soon you will have yours, and also Paris and everybody. And then we will be happily united with our respective spouses and never will part forever.

Does anyone know which is the form you have to file when the processing times are reached? My husband was told we needed to fill in a form so they can start investigating about the case.. PLEASE HELP!!

Hahaahaha.. yeah.. haha I don't know why I wrote criminal records. Yep, I mean the police certificate! I will get it as soon as we get approved because it expires in 3 months, at least here. But first I have to fill in a form, go to the embassy then to get the certificate then somewhere else, then translations then again somewhere else then the embassy again and ready. It seems it will take a lot of time but it's only a couple of days, a week max.

Good morning Castaways, yes its another week, another week of what? more #######, heartache, and disapointment. yes Im put out with USCIS and their un-professionalism. We are giving it till end of July to see what happens. In September I will be in Paris, and much needed time with my love/husband, and will make plans from there if needed.

I would not worry about the processing times anyways, they are not set in cement. This forum is a good example of processing "times"

Its been 4 months for me , no RFE , no touches nothing . Every time i call , they say you need to wait 6 months . Hmmmm I hope they dont mean that in Mars months , cause earth months are completely different .

Listen all, I found something interesting out, everytime a person calls and they go to get your file, the file is again placed back where they got it, and not in same order they pulled it, calling can truly delay your processing of your petition!!!! I was told this in a round about way from USCIS and my conservations with Washington lately.

NO WAY!! WOW!! SO you can say you have a 50% chance of officers working on your case after the call or 50% to have your case delayed! So, Paris.. what do you think.. should we keep calling this month or wait until august for it to be the 5 months for processing times? I HATE ALL THIS PROCESS!!!

this is wild seeing 4 and 5 k1 ppl approved in a day and NONE of the cr1 ppl

I dont know, but I got a phone call today from USCIS Wasington, DC. Need to get them a couple of things , so Im overnighting what they want by Friday, and we will see what the following week brings for me and my husband.
