Hello everyone! Does the AOS bill appears as "in process" or just "not paid" when it has been paid but not showing yet?

I received an auto response twice from NVC about the Choice of agent... would this mean they received the email or what? is it worth it then, to send the choice of agent by email??

Hello Everyone!! I just received the DS-3032 and AOS bill. What does my husband have to send besides the choice of agent? Any other of the papers they send by email? Now that I received it, does it mean i can send the choice of agent by email as well? Who should do it, beneficiary or husband?

I bet you will do the CR-1 and it will finish before! Plus, it is a way better option!

Hey Gundas and Paris: GREAT NEWS! We have our NVC number!!! Woot woot Gundas, so do you! One question: my husband is visiting right now and he leaves next monday. Should I send my police certificate with him? He already has the marriage certificate and my birth certificate. I mean, because police certificates expire in 30 days. What should I do? Or should I just wait until they ask for it? I just gave the NVC our email addresses too. This is so exciting!

Yes.. NVC operators are cooperative and not dumb, unlike the ones at USCIS.
