  1. If the embassy allows it, she can file DCF. Its for individuals who are legally staying in another country and wish to bring their spouse with them PERMANENTLY to the US. Not sure from your post if your friend wants to just visit with her husband or move here.

THANK YOU SO MUCH, that is exactly what i was looking for

Yeah she wants to bring him here permanently, she and him want to come here permanently, but she does not want to petition from the usa, meaning she can not show that she is working here in the usa, she is working in india. thank you i will look on that

  3. I had a question, my friend which currently lives in india with her husband, she is a us citizen, she does want to bring her husband here, but she does not want to come here and stay here or work here. Can she apply for k-3 while still being in india, but able to show a lot of bank balance?

  4. When you sign that intent to marry paper, you're telling the USCIS that you're engaged. You are engaged to the petitioner. Do you understand what that means? That means you want to marry him, and spend the rest of your life with him. Going to the US is not your goal, spending your life with your fiance is.

So... why in the hell are you trying to get engaged to another guy at the same time? Stop scamming American men. You won't have a better life here, especially if you don't give a ####### about your fiance. My advice: Break it off with both guys, and forget about going to the US. Or better, let both of them petition for you. I honestly hope you get permanently banned from the US for immigration fraud. People like you are why those of us with real relationships have such a hard time.

    Well said!

  5. how do you know your petition has been touched?

    1. Register for an account on USCIS.gov.
    2. Add your case to your online portfolio referencing your receipt number
    3. Your case will be displayed in a table. One of the fields is "last updated". That is the date your case has last been "touched" (or at least the last date that USCIS reported your case as being touched).

Oh okay i see that now, thanks
