getting married doesnt mean you can legally stay here, only means you are legally married

you dont need all ur pay stubs, last 5 will be fine, and you dont need to notarize I134 anymore

If your father is working, you will write partially dependent in your mother's I-129F. I filled my case in India so let me know if you need some help.

Using a little baby to speed up process is not a way to think in general, babies should happen from love, not for faster process, you should wait until your fiancee gets here

I just realized that my attorney had given me a copy of the I-134 that was not notarized and i have already sent it to india, did any one who just have there interview use the non notarized copy? do you think they will give me grief?

yup, you have to stop and do k3 now, and cancel your k-1, k-1 is for fiancee/fiance

A lot of people on here also ahve hard times reciving mail from the embassy, my fiance and i did not wait for packet 3, when we found out that the had sent it out, we mailed it in the second day, we read everything we needed online and with the help of other vj memebers

in packet 3, i sent ds 230 part1, applicant statement, and checklist, which you can get online

you should ask someone that is having there case done at same embassy as you, and ask them what steps they took

Yeah you should just write a letter, also call nvc n ask them what to do, if your friend doesnt do any further action , then case will not go on

I dont think itll be a problem at uscis, but i think at the consulate depending where you are, they might look into that, ive read that consulates complain about that , you should write a letter about how you met and stuff, and explain that age doesnt matter, at the time of intreview, n notarize it, n gather lots of proof

it is required for one year but you should always send all 3 years just in case, also with w'2s, bank vertification letter,job letter, pay stubs, bank statements, the more the better
