for the I693, for k-1 visa, my husband already had a medical back in india, so does he only need the I693a?

dont worry, i know its really really hard, 4 months is normal a while ago, i mean the given 6 months was the earliest that people would get approved , this past 4-5 months they've been going crazy and approving everyone in weeks or a month or 2, but no need to worry

maybe you should call them n tell them, people with noa1s like me have gotten approved already, and see what they say? just a suggestion

we never waited for packet 3, we just saw it online and followed instructions also with great help from vjer's

all that evidence is good, include lots of pictures, maybe with both of your families or something, call records, chats

just to let you know the online status things never updatees for most people, more people currently

my fiance visa already got approved and hes coming here tuesday

yet the status still says pending

she needs to sign it and mail it to you, she also needs to mail you 2x2 photos

this is very wrong, you should get a lawyer, talk to nvc or uscis about it, very very inapproiate

is the aos package much less stressful then k-1 package

on the guides, it doesnt say anything about that we need proof of relationship and things like that

just check, forms, marriage certificate, proof my fiance is here,noa 2

It is my opinion the AOS is easier than the I-129f. You do not submit any evidence with the AOS except marriage certificate and copies of passport and I-94. If any other proof is required it will be requested when you receive an interview letter. Our interview letter didn't ask for any either, nor did they at the interview.

If your income is sufficient for support you can submit the I-864EZ.

The fee, on the other hand, is not as "easy" as the I-129f

i had to sumbit a packet 3 before the intreview

which included ds 230 part 1, checklist, and applicant statement

you will recieve packet 3 in the mail, and it will give you all the instructions

you can call the embassy, the number is on there website and see if you can ask them whats going on with your case and if they send out packet 3 yet

take lots of proof with you, and take lots of pictures before you go back home, and have pictures of your wedding, itll be very helpful for later
