    First of, I was not talking to you. I said I am done with discussing, didn't say I wouldn't give an example.

    It is relavant to the subject. I am just giving time-line example to OP.

    And also I am not ARROGANT, RUDE or I have never used an insulting remarks, curses or bad language on here VJ.

    Here is the fresh example; adjusting from VWP (from Germany);

    as a matter of fact he received his 2-year Conditional GC today (05/01/09) :

    * Transferred to CSC means usually no interview but does not necessarily

    mean that it is going to be faster or slower. Everthing depends on your luck and any possible RFE's too.

    * When the 1st Bio was no good, they take the second one, it is not Biggie,

    it just delays the process but to prevent that you can always go earlier before the

    appointment date (as a walk-in) as long as you have the Bio App. Letter. Hence you can close some time gap.

    You know what I am not going to waste my time to discuss with you guys, IT IS NOT WORTH IT !.....

    And also never never tell me to stay quite again !......

    I haven't encouraged anybody to do anything illegally, that is your imagination.

    OP knows what I mean. He has thanked me for my support, that is enough for me.

    I really don't care about what the other people say. They are making up some rules & laws which do not exist !...

    Yehaww, Believe me you are right. That is so ridiculous that Krikit says you can not get married on her nth visit.

    "It should be the first visit or never." I have been still laughing over it. I have never heard absurd idea like that.

    Here is the scenario for example :

    One of her nth visits to US; Let's say you & your Swedish Friend or Girlfriend whoever she is at that time

    have decided to go to Las Vegas for a visit & you are sure about your feelings against her &

    you have decided to propose her & get married like a drive-through marriage.

    So you can not do that. What is the logic behind it?

    Believe me you can not show me any law (Including Immigration Laws) states that

    you have to get married at the certain time or at the certain place or at her certain visit.

    I guess he thinks US is like a Communist Country :)

    My friend, you guys decide what you are going to do when she comes over here.

    90 days are hell of lot of days to get to know somebody. GOOD LUCK !....

    You are welcome, I appreciate it. I am here to help you not like the others saying :

    Ohhh "You shouldn't have done that and this, that is so wrong" etc.......

    I am telling the truth that is why they don't like it. I might be here in VJ for a couple of monhs but in this country.

    As a matter of fact, I have been living in this country since January 1992.

    Done is done in the past , the most important point is how to get out from this mess smoothly.

    You need a Co-sponsor & try to assemble AOS package & gather the supporting documents & mail AOS ASAP.

    Earlier is always better. Good Luck NEIGHBOR !....

    I have read all the posts above. I think the best bet for you:

    * She can come here on VWP visa which gives you 3 months. (You can easily get to know somebody in 3 months).

    * If you decide to get married, you can get married later on her visit with another VWP Visa (after she goes back to Sweden).

    You can take so many pictures & get engaged in US (preparing the foundation) etc.....

    then apply AOS before her visa expires.

    She does not have to leave the country, she can stay here with you but she can not go abroad

    until she gets either AP or GC.

    Believe me there is no law that says you can get married in the certain amount of time. That is your right you can get married to anyone you choose. You have to tell the story to IO during the interview, how you guys have met etc.....

    * If you decide not to get married, you can stay as friends & she can go back to Sweden & look for another job. It is not a biggie.

    GOOD LUCK in either way !......

    Btw, you do not need a lawyer to file AOS which is very easy. We can help you here. Don't waste your 5K unnecessarily...
