We were transferred to Potomac and also asked for more evidence. We have until February to return the evidence request. We were told our tax papers don't look like they came from the irs. They didn't they are from TurboTax after we filed. They said our car insurance don't prove we drive the same car, our travel documents were said to only show we traveled and our bank info was not long enough to prove co-mingling as husband and wife. I am stressed to the max as we sent as much info we read and thought prove our marriage. Now I plan to send our bank statements for the open to now, our dl showing matching address, more pictures and transcripts from the irs website. Please give me more ideas of what to send. I would send utilities but they only show one of our names each.

My husband just got 6 more NOA's date 10/22/18 in addition to the 3 dated for 10/19/18.

That's what the rep and I said, I asked her how long does it normally take. She didn't give me answer, only said she was filing the report with our local office. Also our address is correct, so I am unsure why such a long delay.

Called as suggested earlier, was given SRC number and told NOA was sent on 09/18. The rep that help us said she filed a report with our local office since we haven't gotten the paper yet.

Mailed out to Dallas P.O Box on 09/12/2018, received 09/14/2018 and check cashed 09/20/2018. No updates as we forgot to add the digital update form.

Hi Gee S., you can look at our timeline to follow our progress and any questions I would be more than happy to help. What I can say is be overly prepared and also be prepared to be put on AP as that seems to be their thing at this embassy. Just go over interview questions others have posted and be confident in your answers to the CO. I pray all goes well, be blessed.

I suggest contacting your senator and congressman. We were on ap for one month before they called my fiance to bring his passport. I also wrote an email every week asking for an update on whats going on, because the 221g didnt tell us anything.

On whatsapp you can email yourself the old messages. With viber I copied and saved to word and then printed. As others have said just get as much proof as possible and overwhelm them with it. I also sent screen shots from skype and imo with the date written on them. Thank you

The date changed and they called him. The ap is still there, only the date changed. I plan to call Monday to try and get more information from someone.

However they called him back, but the network was bad and he didnt hear what was said, could it be they changed their mind again? I plan to call in the morning to see if I can get some answers to what the second call was for. I did see an update on the ceac website so maybe its a good thing. I truly pray so.

We are in the same situation, except we got an email just stating what's been sitting on the case. We called last week and was told to wait a few more days as the processing time is 18.5. We are at 18 months and 10 days if we count from the day of receipt. We are at Potomac and waiting is becoming our friend.
