  1. Don't worry, thinking ahead always stresses you out! I was there once.

Once you are married and received the certified copy of your marriage certificate, you can start compiling all of the information you need for AOS.

I693, since she has already finished her medical within 1 year the USCIS should have her medical examination and she does not need to perform her medical over again. Now there is the vaccinations proofs that she needs, so that does need to be submitted during the AOS process. All you need to do is to find a civil surgeon and then have him/her transcribe the list of vaccinations that she has already taken or .. compete any vaccinations that she will need. once that is completed the civil surgeon can sign their name and seal the envelop for you. Send it along with the AOS documents when submitting everything to the USCIS.

Don't worry! the process is quick once the initial package is sent.

    Good luck!

  2. Hello guys~ those of you that are waiting for the BIO--- you can always do an early walk in! it doesn't matter what date you have on your actual appt letter, you can walk in anytime with your appt letter and passports and take your fingerprints. Hubby received his GC today in the mail, 8 days after our AOS interview. So, definitely do the early walk in~ it saved us like 3 weeks of processing time ^_^
