Hi! Yes, I had one last vaccination needed but when we went to the CS again, they told us that the I-693 medical is generally valid for a year, no matter what you had done. They suggested that I just bring my updated vaccination record instead of having a new form filled out because the CS would charge us for the medical again if we did.

Hi! Yup! kailangan ng 2 passport photos for every form. 2 for the I-485, 2 for the I-765 and 2 for the I-131 so 6 photos total

yup! 1 copy lang for every form. Di ko lang sure yung sa G-325A kse bago na yung version kaya ginawa namin, 4 copies pa rin nung G-325A, just in case.

No problem! Basta send ka lang ng message or comment if you have any more questions Yup! yung present address meaning U.S. address mo na (kung saan kayo nakatira ng husband mo)
