We have an InfoPass appointment and my husbands NOA Expired 1/22/09 He is scared that since we are past the date they may just up and decide to deport him. What is the process when we get there tomorrow? What should we bring just the NOA and his passport?

We received our NOA Jan 31 2008 and my husband had his biometrics sometime in Feb 2008 we still haven't heard anything.
