thanks to all of u guys..that was a relief..i should stop worrying now..if they give me RFE for my bc its fine w/ me..i just want an approval for my gc..

I am afraid it might be a problem, they asked me for the original of my BC as well as the original of my husband's BC

Hey everyone just got a mail today from USCIS a notice of my interview i now started feeling nervous but all i have to do is start gathering all of the documents that i need to bring for my interview which is stated in the notice...and would like to congrats to some lucky july fillers who got approved without the interview..and for those who are waiting just hang on...your time will come...god bless

yah..and thank God for that..this is Gods gift to us for waiting our bio for almost a month..liked cherryred im also starting to get nervous..but as you've guys said there is nothing to worry about..think positive..

JUST GOT MY AOS GC APPROVAL EMAIL!!!! WOOOHOOOO!!!!

We are sitting in the movie theatre...and I thought it was an RFE!!!! That was soooo fast!!!! So flipping excited!!!!!

hi guys..it's been a week since i last posted hir in our forum..i just came back from a vacation in frisco..

so my hubby called me yesterday regarding the letter for me from the USCIS..its my INTERVIEW LETTER its gonna be on Oct.27 at 10:30 AM..good thing its tuesday cuz my hubby is off that day..

so when i got home an hour ago im so excited to open up my email..hoping that CRIS already sent me an email regarding my EAD CARD..

and guess what guys i received an email twice..1st-Sept.23..2nd-Sept.28---

EAD--CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED..

this is an advanced birthday gift for me..Praise the Lord..

Yes the website is really nice now and is a lot more informative.

So now we have prettier outdated information - We have our interview on 7th and it hasn't been updated since August it still shows when we answered our RFE

It seems that the computers are not talking to each other - yet another great example of gubberment efficiency

My interview is in 4 days and it still says it's under the first review!!!!

Way to go USCIS on continuing giving us outdated info!

they were still not reliable on giving us information even if they changed the site.. USCIS come on now..?

WOOOHOOOOO!!!! YOu are our first GC approval...what fabulous news!!!!!!!! I'm so happy for you! Holy we filed the same time, I got CSC trans, you got interview and approved sooner.... that just goes to show you that past trends are as accurate as ***** lol...

Ok, so I got my AP in the mail today...

I got two copies...does this mean it is only good for two trips? I'm confused why it's two copies, and how do I activate? Do I see them before I leave across boarder or after?

Btw, I don't know if your question about the AP was answered already, but there are two copies that you will bring with you for your trip. When you return to the US, you will give one to immigration, and the other they will stamp (I think).

I got my actual green card today! I'm off to DMV and Social Security tomorrow..

I thank god after all the touches of my EAD almost everyday since by biometrics i received the EAD card today in the mail....just want to tell everyone not to worry because i know you will be the next to receive your card the one you are also waiting for...and im getting ready now to take my DMV exam for driving...good luck to all and god bless....

Did you write your EAD case number on that sheet they had you fill out? Did your bio appointment letter list both case numbers? (I-485 and I-765)

no..cuz their only asking for my AOS case number..and thats the thing my bio appointment only have 1 case number just my I-485..thats why i asked the guy how come i only have 1 case number written on my notice..and he really have no idea why they only write 1..

Then I would definitely call! Call the number you called to report that you hadn't had a Biometrics appt.

i already called them and gave me another confirmation..wait until 45 days for their response..but the good thing is i got touch again for my 485 today..

i checked my portfolio and my 485 got touch again..but for my 765 no touch at all since my bio yesterday..im so worried about it that because of not having bio notice for 765 they might ended up not issuing me my EAD..guys should i call them anytime this week..?

Hubby's bio appt went smoothly too. We were out in less than 10 minutes, there were only 3 other people there! So since we got out early, we spent the day at the zoo

so i'm done wtih my biometrics today..my appointment time is 11am..so we arrived there like 10mins b4 my time..good thing theres just 3 persons whos gonna take biometric so i dont need to wait long..fill out the form then they gave me number..so b4 they gave me number i so the guy incircle the I-485 (only) --remember when i post here asking bout just receiving 1 biometric notice which it should be 2 for the AOS and EAD..so poprocks i think told that no worry bout it cuz they have it in there system that it also comes w/ my EAD.. so i asked the guy how come i only have the biometric for the AOS..?he told me did i already received my EAD cuz he thought i already received it and i only came for my AOS bio..so i answered him no i haven't receive my EAD card yet..so he said he doenst no why i haven't had 2 bio notice..?so i said i'm just gonna wait for the USCIS response on my bio..

--so it took just 10mins for my bio then done..need to check my email this week for their response..lets see what happens nxt..
