Hello guys,

So finally i am ready to send the RFE. I just wanna ask you guys if all my evidences will be enough..?The utility bills was not on our name because when we move in to the new house i was unemployed and my husband got laid off after we purchased the house. So my mother-in-law decided to stay with us because were on a tight budget at that time. So instead of opening new accounts for the utilities we decided to just transfer my mother-in-laws old utility accounts to the new house so we can saved money. Cuz we need to deposit money each utility.

- Letter regarding the utility bills

- Our Drivers license with the same address

- Husbands Life insurance with my name as beneficiary

- Car loan

- Two (2) Car insurance with our name on it

- Joint Tax returns Yr. 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011

- Bank Letter- joint account

- Voided check with our names on it

- Bank Statements from December of 2011 through February of 2012

Hope all these evidences will be enough for them to approve my GC. Thanks in advance..

it totally sucks and the notice is not asking for anything specific, everything they list on the notice was sent initially. I am going to be sending the same thing again and adding some newer stuff...

same here..all they were asking was already in our packet..i don't have any idea why they asking me to sent the same thing..but anyway, we have to do what they ask us to do..what can we do.. :angry: May God bless us and hoping that after RFE they'll work asap for our green card..

No i didn't.. And i just received RFE.. :angry: i know i gave them enough evidence..and they were asking some more papers which i know i already submitted..like my husbands drivers license..maybe the reason why they think our marriage is fixed because we don't have kids yet..What else do they want..?I even submitted a copy of our House Loan..I'm so pissed.. :angry:

I mailed out mine today, 8/4, to California service center. Please help me add to the list.

My temporary card will expire on 9/17 and I was just told yesterday that I will have to take a two-week business trip overseas from 9/10 to 9/25. I just cross my fingers to pray that I will get the extension letter before my travel. Does anyone know how long it normally takes to receive the extension letter after you submit ROC package?

My friend received the extension letter after a week she mailed the package..Just pray that you're not gonna receive RFE so it will not extend the wait..
