So I was reading that I can apply 90 days before the actual day I'm eligible for citizenship for me I think that's in December!! And I'm thinking what a waste of money adjusting status is..

So i received another email from USCIS; September 30, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. A few days ago I received an email stating that on sept. 20 they ordered the production of the green card.. They can't come to an agreement lol..,

I better should say after all this stress he picked the wrong person to talk on that way... lol.

This is getting really insane, I am yet to recieve anything from VSC , called them and all still nothing really dont know what to do anymore its going on the 8 month now

Good to hear that it was an error from rather than from USCIS lol(sort of to speak).

But yeah when they do use the update to communicate with u it works wonders and takes a lil of the edge while waiting. Now may not work, but better with it than without I say.

It is weird tho that they still havent even approved u since according to our list everyone on top of your name has been approve. I know it's different for everyone but darn! I would still call them.

I know right.! i was looking at some of the names on the list and though the same thing.. Im Gonna Tell my husband to make the phone call lol.

cheked with Bio number, status Initial Review.. Im going to suscribe for updates.. MY case last update was in Feb.. (roll Eyes)

Thanks everyone for the answers . I have checked before with the receipt number on the extension letter like a month ago or so and the only thing that said was they sent me the letter for the bio nothing else.. So I'm going to call then.

Today i went to the USCIS site to check my status and this is what i get : your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again.

Hello everyone i got my receipt Notice date 02/07/2011. the letter says that my conditional status is extended for a period of one year.. this means they are going to send me another one for one year period?

My services center is VERMONT, Not California..

We just sent our package today, 02/04/2011, to CSC. It feels strange to start the waiting game all over again!

i just went to notarize the letters, we use a friend and my father in-law, and my father in-law day of birth was wrong, so we have to do it again, i just notarized one. we have the banks accounts letters, our taxes, i made copies of our Drivers L. (it shows the same address) we have credit cards together, what else should i sent in the papers?

hello everyone... my resident card expires next month march 6, and i havent send my i-751, would be that a problem? also the affidavits have to be notarize or not? i read somewhere it does not have to be notarize.. im planning on sending the papers this week.

Our's was also transferred to CSC. Transferring the case to CSC has nothing to do with where you live, it's based on the work-load on the other center's that handle similar cases, so if one center is backed up, they transfer it to the other to "speed" things up.
