  1. So i received another email from USCIS; September 30, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. A few days ago I received an email stating that on sept. 20 they ordered the production of the green card.. They can't come to an agreement lol..,

  2. Good to hear that it was an error from rather than from USCIS lol(sort of to speak).

    But yeah when they do use the update to communicate with u it works wonders and takes a lil of the edge while waiting. Now may not work, but better with it than without I say.

    It is weird tho that they still havent even approved u since according to our list everyone on top of your name has been approve. I know it's different for everyone but darn! I would still call them.

    I know right.! i was looking at some of the names on the list and though the same thing.. Im Gonna Tell my husband to make the phone call lol.

    Our's was also transferred to CSC. Transferring the case to CSC has nothing to do with where you live, it's based on the work-load on the other center's that handle similar cases, so if one center is backed up, they transfer it to the other to "speed" things up.

    I WANT TO KNOW IF SOMEBODY CAN ANSWER ME THIS PLEASE....

    I RECEIVED A NOTICE THAT MY CASE FOR ADJUST STATUS WAS TRANSFER TO CALIFORNIA S. CENTER IN ORDER TO "SPEED" MY CASE...

    I DONT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE I LIVE IN N.Y. I THOUGH MY OFFICE WAS VERMONT.

    I WANT TO KNOW IF SOMEBODY HAD SOMETHING LIKE THIS?
