When I moved to the USA 3.5 years ago, Nissan would not let me export my Versa without paying it off first. Unless they have changed their policy this is what you're stuck with. They will not issue a letter of compliance without it being paid off.

AFM, last night I was having terrible back pain. Keep having stabbing pains on the left side of my uterus and this morning I have the weirdest metallic taste in my mouth that hasn't gone away from eating or brushing my teeth. I have a headache that keeps coming and going too. I did a hpt this morning and there was just a shadow where I know the line should be. Hopefully tomorrow there will be a distinct line. Sunday April 7 will mark 2 years of TTC for my DH and me so I am hoping that we get a bfp on an hpt by then. I am still pregnant until proven otherwise because of our infertility treatments this cycle so I will not lose hope yet.
Sorry if someone already answered, the metallic taste is from your extra hormones! I've not been pregnant, but I was on high dose steroids last summer and the same thing happened to me. My doc said it's the same in pregnancy.
I remember the only thing that tasted normal was popcorn lol.

I wore nice pants and a nice shirt, but nothing over the top like a suit. PJ's might not be good, but jeans and a non-offensive tshirt would be fine I think.

APPROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED! I was getting a little disheartened being the first on the VSC list and hearing nothing. And this morning I said to myself "I'm only going to check VJ once/week from now on" and then I got my email saying I was approved! Hooray!

Yep! Emails from USCIS can be a bit behind. The day after I got an email saying my AOS was approved, I got an email saying our I-129F was approved.... so I wouldn't trust that too much.

I will be happy to keep everyone updated. I am not in the least bit worried that he will be forced to leave, after all, the burden of proof is on USCIS, and we have most definitely been married and slept in the same bed every night since he landed. USCIS would have the burden of proving a negative, which they cannot do, hello, we are married, regardless of what our finances look like...
I'm hoping for an interview, but if it comes to Removal Proceedings, I just hope it happens before his green card expires, otherwise he can't work! I'm really not too worried.
From reading multiple forums I believe the proof is on you, but don't quote me on that, I'm no expert! Hopefully the RFE is just more of a formality because you don't "fit the mold" and everything turns out in the end. I'd hope they have "bigger fish to fry" than deporting your husband!
Even tho the mortgage is in your name, can you get his name on the Deed of the property? I know we did that, mortgage is in my husband's name but we're both on the Deed.

Well just saw this when I checked my case status at the USCIS: Expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available in Case Status Online, depending on the volume of applications USCIS receives.
I know it says "When filed" but I'm going to assume that it's whenever there's any kind of change on a case, since that seems to be the norm with me.

VSC has caught up and is approving June filers!
Not sure this is accurate. According to their website VSC was processing cases submitted on March 5th when they updated their times on Jan 4. Not sure they did 3 months of work in 14 business days

I have definitely still been getting my gst checks! Guess I just call Canada revenue and tell them I owe some money? I don't understand why we aren't eligible for them though.
You aren't eligible because you are no longer a resident of Canada. Yes they will ask for their money back. It would be wise to repay them as soon as possible.

HELP! Green Card MIA - Need Advice

Rule #1 about USPS... they know nothing about the mail they deliver, nor do they care. Same thing with Fedex. I got a package from Fedex, box open, and a video game missing. They did NOTHING, I talked to amazon and they gave me a refund thank goodness.
USPS has messed up a few pieces of mail i was supposed to receive. I got the same answer as you every time. Good thing the new tennant hung on to it tho! What were they going to do with it? Shouldn't they have returned it at least?
