Is that possible for him to deport me before or after the divorce is final?

I am holding a 2-yr GC and it will expire on June 2011. Can I still file for removing of conditions after all that happened or he can ban me for getting one?

sorry my english so bad hope you understand...thanks and i would appreaciate

    lyn

Did you called police and filed complain against your husband? You can lift conditions on your own and don't have to stay with that monster. I feel sorry for you and your kids if you have friends or relatives where you could stay and feel safe pack your things and move out. Don't be afraid, he cannot deport you, move out. Some members here were approved through VAWA self-petition .Gather evidence that your marriage is genuine and bona-fide and very important contact police when he harms you and your children again so you have evidence of the abuse and that MF will be in jail. Good luck. Be strong.

  6. Hi,

I am trying to fill out the application form for Naturalization. I am married to a US citizen which allows me to apply for Naturalization with 3 years of permanent residency. Now, in part 7 it asks about time spent outside the US. It asks to list the amount of days spent outside the US in the last 5 years and then the trips outside the US in the last five years. Now, I arrived here in march 06, got residency in september 06, that is only 3 years from now... I am using they ask this question because if you have spent more than 6 months outside the US you loose your residency, so obviously if we five years back I have spent a total of about 400 and some days outside the US... because I was living at home before coming here obviously. Then it asks to list the trips taken outside the US... so kind of the same question. How have you guys answered this? just counting the time you were home before coming here and adding the trips? or just count the trips you have taken since becoming a resident? and assuming only 3 years apply to us?? Any help would be greatly appreciate it.

    Thank you,

    Danielle

Count only from the day you became a PR check your GC where it says "resident since" and start from there. Some people here crossed-out the 5 years and wrote 3 years when they fill-up the form. Read this link. Good luck.

  7. Is that knucklehead still in RP and spreading STD? How about contacting NBI and report this a$hole's name so they will have this guy on their watch list and monitor him once he step on Philippine soil? Sorry about your situation, it must very tough …please have an HIV test too and do something report this guy to the authorities you may save other fellow pinays. Good luck

  8. ask ko lang...till what cm ba pwede magtalik? im 1 cm pa and gusto ko magdilate more so go pa rin kami ng hubby ko...okay lang ba yun?

and im just wondering...bakit nung chineck ng ob ko kung ilang cm nako nafeel nya ang head ng baby...but when i asked my hubby, kasi mas mataas yung kanya kaysa sa finger ng ob pero di nya na feel ang head ng baby...bakit ganun?

I think ok lang magtalik as long as it's not a high risk pregnancy. You should discuss it with your Doc too as she's more knowledgeable on this type of stuff.Kami ng husband ko go pa rin naman until the day before I had the CS :bonk::lol:

    questions

and2 na ako sa states. ask lang ako advance, ano ang mga dalhin ko SOON pag malapit na ako mag anak

kasi dahan dahanin namin buy ng hubby ko..please help me.. thank u :-)

Actually the hospitals here, they will provide almost everything from diapers, sleepers for the baby while you're at the hospital including milk those in small bottles but they will really encourage you to breastfeed and send somebody to assist you on that part. A hearing test for your baby will be done also while you're at the hospital to see if the baby has a hearing problem.

Here's my list for you when you go to the hospital -) I'm sure other moms would add more.Good luck! I hope you will have a normal delivery... CS is painful!

    -Car seat

    -Robe/Night gown

    -Panties/Nursing bras

    -slippers/socks

    -Loose, Comfortable clothing

-Outfit for you and the baby when you go home

    -Blankets

    -Sanitary pads

    -lip balm

    -Deodorant/toothbrush/toothpaste

    -Breast pads

    -Pillows

    -Camera for picture taking

-Magazines.buy the book 'What to expect when you're expecting' it's a good book I think most pregnant women has it lol.

    Have a nice weekend everyone!

  9. Hello everyone. And thank you for all the info you all post on here. It's so helpful.

We are looking for anyone's opinion on attorney's for filing the I-751. I know most of you don't seem to hire one, but my brother has offered to pay for it so we're taking him up on it. Who is considered to be the best, or one of the best, for this type of filing?

My husband was born in Mexico and required a I-601 waiver(he entered the US at 2 years old), which was successful. We don't know if an I-601 would factor into the ease of getting a quick approval for the I-751, or make it more difficult.

We're young (23 and 24), no kids, have joint bank accounts, car title in both names, car insurance, lease agreement, credit cards and utilities...but not too much else. Anyway, we're just a little nervous about the whole thing.

    Thank you for your responses!

    AG

Most people here including myself didn't hire a lawyer and was approved. If your case is straightforward, I believe you can 'do-it-yourself'. Read the guides. Good luck on filing.

  10. What my husband and I understand is that you cannot get a Social services (Gov't. support) because when they approved her visa to come here, it's part of a deal that you support her. You are right, Prenatal care is so expensive here we're paying my OB ($580) every visit for a total of ($3000) not included the labs and the hospital bill. My husband has no insurance since i got here coz he is self employed. We are in Central Virginia. I wish you can get another option.

First, hi to all the mommies here and future moms and dads too. :luv:

Wow that's very expensive brettane $580 each visit?! It's very important to have a health Insurance here really... when I gave birth July last year we only paid $125 and that's it as for the check ups, didn't pay anything except for lab test and ultrasounds so good thing were covered... if not I don't know, we could have been in debt...Ugh.

  11. once he wakes you up with the snoring -

get into the kitchen, microwave some water in a bowl (not to boiling, just warm )

then bring the bowl to the bed, place his hand in the bowl, wait about 2 minutes.

the snoring will go away (he'll wake up, though ).

    Good Luck !

He might panic and think there's a burglar and pull out his gun

  12. :rofl::rofl:

My wife tells me the same thing. It doesnt matter how i lay...i still snore. I will probably have to go to the doctor too. She kinda likes it for now...but when i was visiting her, she would elbow me in the ribs to wake me up. She told me its not too bad if she can sleep first, but if we lay down and i fall asleep fast sometimes. She knows i only snore when i am relaxed though. I guess when i visit her next time i will try the breath right strips and see if it makes a difference....although she might not be able to sleep because she will laugh at me.
