Pakistan is a tough embassy when it comes to interviews. I would suggest holding on to the evidence of your trip until they request for more evidence (RFE), if they don't ask for anything then yes bring it with you to the interview.

They give you about 30 days to respond to an RFE, that's it. It's really up to you to keep track of what stage your case is in. Best option is to reapply.
