Thanks for the quick response. Hopefully, it will suffice. From my experience, they seem to be really picky... Anybody else know for sure?

On the online document DS-156, Question 31:
So what does it mean when it asks, "where?" Where was she refused? or where did she intend on going? city, state? or name of university?? And do i need the exact day? Cuase she doesn't remember and it's not in her passport..
Here's the question:
31. Have You Ever Been Refused a U.S. Visa? Yes No
WHEN?
(Most Recent) day month year
WHERE?
WHAT TYPE OF VISA?
Enter Additional Visa Refusals Here:
Thanks for your help.

I think i glued mine when I got my visa to brazil
-
In the DS-156;do i glue/staple her picture in that section for the interview on the printouts?
Thank you for all the help.
-
Good. Thank you very much. I will mark it as a 'No' then.
Refused admission means not allowed in at the border.
Denied a visa is what occured. The question asks about fraud, misrepresentation (lying), or unlawful means. From what you've stated she applied for a visa and was denied. Nothing illegal or fraudulent there.

To whomever may help me on this one,
Thank you. The online form DS-156, Question 38 says:
Have you ever been refused admission to the U.S., or been the subject of a deportation hearing or sought to obtain or assist others to obtain a visa, entry into the U.S., or any other U.S. immigration benefit by fraud or willful misrepresentation or other unlawful means? Have you attended a U.S. public elementary school on student
status or a public secondary school after November 30, 1996 without reimbursing the school?
My question:
My fiancee was refused a student visa in 2000; would i mark yes on this question? If I do mark yes, would i need supplemental proof? And how would this affect her application?
Thank you so much.. I know how USCIS is picky about these things

I received my NAO2 today too
Praise Jesus. Thanks you!

I sincerely doubt that is the reason. If jobs overlap, they overlap, there is no problem with having more than one job at a time. You should not have GAPS in the G-325a, overlaps are OK.
Wait for the RFE
Thank you. I will wait for my RFE.. Hopefully, it will come today, and it's in regards to something minor with an easy fix like a signature.

I looked over the RFE MASTER LIST post and i think i'll probably get an RFE in regards to my G325A for employment dates overlapping each other because I've worked 2 jobs for over 3 years now. It's weird though because they are checking my background so they should see that i've worked 2 jobs for a while and that overlap shouldn't be of concern. I'll just have to wait and see for that RFE letter that I'm still waiting on. If this is the concern then I'll have to attach an explaination? Well, i just have to wait for that RFE...

I feel for you.......... We waited over six months and finally after a service request and inquiry from the Senator, got a 3-page RFE. We are waiting for 2-4 months for a decision. We also filed through CA, although we filed the CR1 rather than K1. I hope yours is something simple. I know the waiting is tough, I got the same thing, a text and email that there was an update, went to the site and saw that I had an RFE but had no idea what it was until it actually came in the mail. Best of luck to you.
Thank you. You did wait longer than me.. I hope i don't need resort in contacting a senator. Thanks Lisa.
Considering that I have gotten ZERO from the Vermont Disservice Center, not even a touch, I would be happy with an RFE. At least that way I would have my NOA2 within 60 days. Right now, all I have is more drifting through the haze of USCIS La La Land.
I feel for you. You may have to wait more to the 5 month mark. I pray you be patient and blessings to you.

Thank you again for your concerns. I'm still waiting for that letter RFE that was sent out on the 12th. Hopefully, I will get the RFE in my mailbox today. I did make copies and probably should look over them but I'll just wait for the letter otherwise i'm going to get more irritated and nervous with this whole thing. Thanks again for all your help out there.

Thanks for the quick responses. I was just venting after my anxiety on the matter. It's the California Service Center.. I know they are doing their jobs but I just think they are requesting too much. And, I did spend a lot of time into it with more evidence then what is required. My packet looked like a book, tabbed, and organized. Anyway, I'm eager to hear what more evidence they need. I do hope it's just a minor missed box. Thanks for your support those that replied. Thank you.

It will be 5 months for me on January 16, 2011. My K1 Visa packet was received on August 16, 2010. Does anyone know why it's taking so long? I really do not want to call them nor write a letter to a senator. Does it really have to be this long?

Alright thank you. I will just not enter the day then because she's not sure about it since they never really put a date when they denied it.. Thanks again.
