ofc mean comments aren't cute, but ppl r allowed to discuss.isn't only about that woman anymore. is about fat ppl in general. poor lady she has a tumor too, so her getting mad might have been due to her general status at that time too. having a tumor is a source for mental and emotional distress anyways. mix that with touching a sensitive issue as obesity, and u get a mad woman. is human, somehow.

as for fat ppl, there r special situation, ofc. but al in all, is usualy their fault. medical conditions exist, emotional conditions exist. but still, is not enough reason to just let yrself disapear behind tons of fat. many times the medical condition is used as an excuse, not fought. so they eat as they like, and at any comment they show u their medial records and u r supposed to feel bad and insensitive.

ppl with diabetus for example, have to keep diet all their life. and they do because otherwise endangers their life. so ppl with thyroid disorders should do the same, because is dangerous too. i've been practicing in endocrinology clinic and not all pacients were obese. in fact extreme cases where they get fat no matter how strict they diet r very seldom. with right treatment and a lifestyle according to their condition, they r fine.

and Kim and Marroco4life r not examples that yes, u can go fat eating like a normal person, but proof that if u care, u dont get fat, or u can lose weight. is true some r lucky and don't have to keep a diet to stay thin, but good thing is that u can control it. just takes some effort. when I see I am not fat and still starv myself when I feel I am overweight some and next to me a fat person eats 2 hamburgers, yeah, I think "fat cow"

totaly agree. a lot of our interactions r smell driven, just not as conscious as say visual or hearing. even the weird way women that live together tend to have their period same time of the month was proven to be based on smell.

be happy u didn't submit the I129F when was time for it. would have only slowed u down at Vermont. and for those who submitted both I130 and I129F, they were approved same time anyways.

if u already started yr NVC process, go on with it for CR1. is the visa that offers what u wanted from the beginning anyways.

i kind of made peace with the idea that we won't get a case complete before they finish sheduling interviews this month. but for all those who already have their case complete, wish u good luck!

SraCastillo, I am sorry to hear u got that answer from NVC. seems we r connected after all. if I couldn't keep up with u, u will wait for me. and I was just telling my husband: u know I told u about that case which had same dates as mine? well, now they will get an interview sheduled this month, and we won't because those lost bags. then i saw yr post. weird how these things happen, no?

that's the way to go, Narina. u know things that happen when u expect them less? I bet if ud plan a trip to yr husband for this month, ud get yr NOA2 right away, to make u think stay home deal with NVC or go and do it later. is like when u wait for a bus a long long time, and finaly u light a cig. as soon as u light it, here is the bus. cmnb, I think u didn't lose the money and it will soon show as PAID. I think u can't pay online for somth that wasn't generated yet, so must be an error that will be fixed soon. u could have been worried if u'd have paid in another way, but if u paid online I think u r fine.

my update: everything sent, just waiting for NVC to do their part now.

for the K3 things didn't work as we hoped. we hoped for a K3 interview to be changed for CR1, considering that we lost some time at NVC because my husband wasn't there. well, papers for K3 have been sent from NVC dec 20th, and didn't get here yet. I think mail was lost or somth. not that would matter now, as we wanted to go on with CR1 anyways, but what if we would have chosen the K3 route? we'd still be hanging waiting for some news. not cool, no?

second-I have a question: in 4th package, Ling-Ling guide doesn't mention any passport size picture of beneficiary. yet, at the beginning, when it lists what's needed from beneficiary, says 2 pics of beneficiary to be sent in with the DS-230 form. did u send pics in package 4?

and another thing is about also sending photocopies of all documents u send in the package. u did that?

we send package 4 today and i wanted to be sure we do it right.

serendipity, i say about men somth close to what men say about women. men say they will never be able to understand women. well, i think women and men r just different species. to ask a man to act same way u do in showing love, romantism, proofs, etc, is like asking a cat not to eat with tongue from a bowl, but use a spoon like u do.

they r not better or worse, more or less sensitive, emotional, whatever, they r just different. sooner u make peace with this idea, sooner u learn to focus on the way he compensates in yr life, not on the way he's different than u. i am emotional, he's rational, together, i am unpatient, he's patient, I'm in a rush, he's a procrastinator, he panics, I don't, and so on. so at the end, the middle way we find together might be better for both of us.

If I'd think my life with my husband would involve ball and chain, I wouldn't have chosen to marry. beer and laughs don't exclude him, in fact might be better in his company- he could for example resist beers to drive us back home.

Sonia, I don't know what to say about yr husband commenting yr outfits. I think he needs re-education. In my opinion woman should allow her lover a lil acces to her "beautifying" secrets, just enough to tease him some, but not too much to make him think he's an expert who's criticism is constructive and highly needed or worse, to become a routine and therefore not special anymore. for example, when I model a new dress for him, I say I go change and show u my new things. so I come in front of cam to show it, he sees the top part, and when he asks about lower part, I just say is nice too, is short. his curious face would say "show me", but ofc I say u'll see it when u take me out in it. or I show he whole dress and say I've got pretty heels for it too, and I know he dies to see legs walking on heels, but ofc, I'll walk on them when u take me out. or he's here and I go to the mirror to prettify, and I see him peeking. I allow it for a lil while then shut the door. I don't have the advantage of a culture where women r covered most of the time to keep the mistery, so I have to keep it with creativity.

as for the games, seems u can't play anything if one of u loses. only option would be to play team games, where u and him can make a winning team.

Narina, I am the oposite. I oversmoke since all this process. everytime I do internet research, everytime I spend to much time on comp, every lonely evening. when he's here I have less time in my hands, so I smoke less.

Lisa, is cool u can do house stuff, remodel, whatever. I can't wait to do this. but here makes no sense to do anything, as I am waiting to leave. I feel like in a train station between trains. sometimes I go out and see things I'd like for my home, but then I think what for? I leave them all when I go anyways. I like to do everything with my hands in a new place. paint walls, move furniture, pick things, even some adjustments with tools in my hands.

my cristal ball says there have been a narcolepsy epidemia at VSC, but is solved, and officers cured. only one narcoleptic officer left -the one who holds files of the "K3 leftovers", but he'll get the miraculous cure this weekend, so starting with next week, approvals will flow from his desk.

u don't have to abandon K3. u can go with both of them same time. for CR1 u deal with NVC and K3 with consulate in the beneficiary's country. if K3 goes faster, and the interview date for interview will be before interview date for CR1, u can change the k3 interview for CR1 interview. so best way is to go with both, and try to make K3 work for CR1 time wise.
