  5. Hello Ken,

Going on trends in AP and your coutnry when the embassy askes for your passport it means they are going to give you your VISA. You said they asked again. This means they ahve had access to it at one other time? Have you done a lot of traveling? Sometimes they ask for passports to verify traveling records.

At first glance it looks like good news.

yeah i travelled a lot....i been to all over the world......lol...lets see..what they do??

  6. Did you get another 221(g) stating it was being sent back to the USCIS? They do that if they suspect fraud, but have no evidence. The USCIS will conduct it's own investigation and either:

1-Agree with the consulate and send you a NOIR (Notice of Intent to Revoke). They give you an opportunity to prove your case

2-Disagree with the consulate and send it back to the consulate with instructions to issue the visa

This happened to us, and we got the NOIR. I sent in my rebuttal and our petition was reaffirmed. They sent it back to the consulate and my husband got the visa. It took an additional 15 months from the first interview, and that was considered speedy.

I am under DCF and it cannot go back to USCIS.......rest i dont know

  7. hopefully you will not be on the list for a long time

I hope but....im loosing hopes day by day...dont knw wat to do??

Be patient. You have been in AP for only one month.

We had been in AP for past SIXTEEN months. I am sure yours wont' b as long=)

I understand u 'Revived' its been only 1 month im in AP

    but:

the points which are made me confused are:

1.why they sent my passport back without saying anything and without visa!!

2.DOS told me to submit some more documents of my daughter but embassy saying me not to submit them.

3.Sometimes they say my case is under AP and sometimes they say its under AR.

really confused abt these points...and cant even afford to have lawyer..so im just hangin here to get help from some proffesional VJrs..with their experiences,,,
