    Let me give you a brief explanation first.

    July 2007 I sent I-485, I-130 I-131 & I-765 for my wife's case. On July 1st 2008, we received the noticed that the case was denied because we travel outside the country without showing the I-131, so they say we abandon the case and also because we use a non-immigrant visa (B-1 Visitor Visa) and you need a immigrant visa in our case K-3. So after that I when to the USCIS to see what was the next step and they told me that I need to fill the I-129F (K-3) and send a copy of my approved I-130 to the addres from where I get the I-130. I have already 3 month waiting the respond that they receipt the paper but nothing yet.

    So my question here is...

    Is the above address correct to send the I-129F or I need to use another one? That was the address from where I received teh I-130.

    Do I need to apply for an I-130 again and send the I-129F after I received the receive notice from the USCIS?
