Does AWA apply for Domestic Violence conviction?

Oh, it will probably be another 3 weeks until you get your case number. Despite this, I'd be calling every single day starting immediately until a case number is assigned. You should be able to get it from the operator despite having an attorney. But I'm not sure. The operator should at least say a number was assigned, but might not give it to you. But as you're either the petitioner or beneficiary, technically, they should give it to you, attorney or not. But, I don't run NVC, so..

You can call, and you can start next week to make sure your paperwork is received. But you might have to wait for several weeks before they can give you your case number.
Since you have an attorney, they will not send you the DS3032 form to complete.
