First, we received a letter from VSC saying that the expedite request was denied because I-129F was approved earlier that morning.Then we called NVC and learned that both petitions were there. The day after, we received NOA2 for both petitions in the mail.However USCIS website still says pending.

IT'S LIKE THAT THE USCIS WEBSITE IS USELESS,BECAUSE SOME NOA2 RECEIVED BY MAIL BUT IN THE WEBSITE IT IS PENDING,SO IT MEANS THEY DIDN'T UPDATE THE WEBSITE?

HELLO VERMONT! MY 2 KIDS IS REALLY MISS THEIR DADDY WITH IN 2 YRS AND HALF THEY DIDN'T SEE EACH OTHER :crying:

ESPECIALLY THE MOTHER OF KIDS

This site is wonderful and so helpful- I just sent in my K1 on 11/11/2008 and so the "journey" begins.......

i just want to share with you the CRBA interview for my son mckoy...the examiner just ask for the 5 yr physical presence, prenatal record, and ultrasound picture/record...

then the consul just approved the CRBA of my son without any questions...then I paid the delbros for the delivery..

so 2-3 weeks from now I will received the CRBA certificate and US passport of my son..

thank you Lord....to all mommies who are applying for the CRBA just wait and make sure your documents are complete and there will be no problem....

thats all..if you need some questions don't hesitate to ask...
