    i864, G325A and i765 free

    medical and vaccination, it depends on the doctor's fees, it has to be a physician authorized by immigration, you can check how much it costs around your city or town. she will receive the results and i693 in a sealed envelope that can't be opened, you send it in the adjustment of status packet as is

    hi

    she can adjust status here, but she may run into the problem of immigration intent, since she abused her tourist visa to enter and adjust status

    that's why it gets harder for other people to receive tourist visas

    the forms are: i130, i485, G325A, i864, i765, i693 medical and vaccination

    do i have to file those forms at once?: i130, i485, G325A, i864, i765, i693 medical and vaccination

    Hi,i need your help on what form or forms to file,i invited my mother here on a visting visa and i want to petition for her in order for her to live and stay here with me,so i need to know what form to file ,i know it 1-30 and other forms but im not sure,someone told me i can file 1-30 alongside with adjustment of status,if you have any information on how to go about it and the filing fees willl be great help ..thanks

    Do not deal with NVC of course that is not better. Because NVC does not have final authority. NVC does not approve your I-864 the CO at embassy does. Just do as instructed. You have Case Complete why would you throw that away for what?.

    Get your co-sponsor now and when you have your interview you will present your new AOS papers.

    my case was completed on the 24th of december, and i called to confirmed it,the operator told me is completed and waiting to be schedule for interview,but yesterday i got email from nvc stating that my aos for recent year is below poverty guide line and that i can file new one with co-sponsor and mail it back to nvc ,or i can wait and take it with me to the interview,my question is which is better? because if mail it right back to nvc ,hope is not going to create another 60days waiting period for a case that is already been completed?

    Is it a case complete??

    i logged into my port folio online on 24th dec and i noticed that my AOS has changed from paid to N/A,so asked ppl on here and they told me is case complete,i was very happy,but today i got email from NVC that my AOS has checklist,so i immidiatly call nvc to ask about my case,the operator told me to disregard the email that my case was alrealdy completed on the 24th of dec.



    AOS mailed ......OCT 21 2014, Scan.....NOV 10 2014



    IV mailed..........NOV 13 2014 ,Scan ...NOV 18 2014



    CC.........DEC 24 2014


    53 days still no CC

    i logged into my port folio online on 24th dec and i noticed that my AOS has changed from paid to N/A,so asked ppl on here and they told me is case complete,i was very happy,but today i got email from NVC that my AOS has checklist,so i immidiatly call nvc to ask about my case,the operator told me to disregard the email that my case was alrealdy completed on the 24th of dec.
