    I just want to say, good luck in your journey to the u.s. I haven't logged in for how many months now..since my husband got here, i petititioned him through CR1/IR1 visa. he got here may of 2009. If anyone needs help with their paper don't hesitate to e-mail me. Just want everyone to know, my husband has been working here and got his 1st job since Nov of 2009..and he has been driving since then.. Good luck to all who are still waiting for their visa. :) :)

    can anyone advise?..my husband came here in U.S. may22...does he automatically receive his visa?or does he have to remove conditions?we have no clue as to what to file papers?help...tnx

    he arrived on a immigrant visa then he will in 3-4 weeks ... he has a stamp in his passport that is a temporary greencard

    Wow.. that seems like that's getting out of hand..i'm sorry you guys have to go through this..did they ask for other additional documents again or the same one they asked for? well, my thoughts to you is once you turn in all of it and they tell u its under review..just call 2x..don't make kulit,kulit to them..you know how philippines is..hum, how some stupid people in USEM..if you make kulit,kulit..some are stupid and put ur papers backwards..that's how crazy some pipol in pinas are..

    but maybe they are just asking for the complete documents..just give them what they need then wait from that date..i'm sure u will get ur visa soon..our wait took 1month and 2weeks after the day we submitted additional documents..

    hey, don't feel sad.. i know it's hard to adjust but try applying for a job so you won't get bored there..good luck:)

    It has been more than 3months that i am here in US, so sad to be alone in the house.

    hi MNr....if you got a visacredit card with Worldperks it will do..you can also use it for someone else..my husband will be here next week I used my miles which is 60,000miles on my worldperks visa we only had to pay $120 for the ticket...NORTHWEST AIRLINES.. other than the worldperks i don't know...

    I heard if you buy it in the philippines it's alot cheaper :KOREAN AIR has a cheap deal :)

    Hello all, I have some questions regarding about buying plane ticket.By the end of this month Im going to the Philippines to get my 3 boys we are wondering if its much cheaper to buy their plane tickets there in PI because when we are checking for a one way ticket it is much higher than of the round trips.Or it is still much better if we buy here? any suggestions please.

    hi, how is it going..?i hope you are alright..don't worry i'm sure you will get ur visa soon..ok,.maybe it's like us..you wait until may22 then call the USEM that will be 1month when u submitted additional docus...then wait for another 2weeks that will be June8...maybe by June 8 you will have your visa..or sooner..check the Air21 by june8..i'm sure you will have it by that day..Good Luck! i'm exited for you..

    Am on the same boat..I got 221g-additional documents.I was interviewed last april 3 and was asked to submit a statement from my fiance on why he did not marry the mother of his 2 kids,cuz he was never been married. The CO said

    its unusual,and also submitted my marriage index along with my passport,submitted last april 22,until now i still have no visa.We called USEM for 3 times already and got the same answer that the CO making now a final review :crying::crying:

    Hello..don't worry guys you will get your visas soon..for us, my husband was interviewed march 4, but he needed to pass additional docus on March 18..they told us to wait for 1 month so we waited until april 18th...then they told us to wait for another 2weeks..then his visa came may 6th..

    ESTIMATED TIME FOR US IS 1MONTH AND 2WEEKS for us until he got his VISA..

    dON'T worry all,.it will be alright..I know it is hard to wait..I am praying for you guys (F)
