  1. Please add me (us) too. Its really a great idea to keep track. I look at it every day!

    Many greetings from Germany!

Good luck to everyone, I hope we all get approvals soon!!!

welcome to the group because it is a long journey and it is a difficult and long process. We are all in this together and there for supprt and qestions.

Thank you very much. We were thinking about giving up because we both have been pretty naive and were thinking it would go faster since we're alresdy married. ( He would be able to stay in Germany just because we're married no petition filing needed)

I read through the forums a lot because theres so many things that confuse me,also because of the (for me) sometimes complicated word or phrases they use. But I fight my way through it

  2. Hi Guys, I'm new here and i wait for my I130 approval.

I have some serious problems though. Once the I 130 gets aproved and i have to tell them where to send the greencard (after all the other paperwork of course..) I don't know where my husband and i will live then. right now he lives with his brother and sister in law, but 1. i don't want to live with them (she's a very messy person and doesn't care for her kids) and 2.there'd be no space anyway. my husband works like crazy now and i also try to safe as much money as possible. PROBLEM: what address do i want the greencard send to??? and where do i put my name on the mailbox if it is a housing area??

Thanks guys! I appreciate your help! :D

  3. Hey guys,

I wanna go for like 3 months ( until somehow next to the 90 days limit) to visit my baby in the States.

It will be December until February..

Now is it maybe bad to be really close to the 90 day limit ? Like 88 days ???

Last time i was with my husband i left exactly on the 90th day. there was no problem. I think as long as you leave on the 90th or in your case 88th day it should be fine. just dont overstay the date stamped in your pasport (you get the stamp when you arrive, it says within what tome you have to leave again.)
