Are you guys getting touched after the transfer? I ve been touched everyday after the notice of transfer. Just wondering if anyone else was getting the same touches!!

I dint't get any touches, in fact nothing changed on my portfolio. it still shows 4/11/2008 and says pending in Vsc. I was thinking it might take some time to change since they had problems with their computers.

My husband got the notice today that we have been transfered to CSC as well! I don't know the exact date though. Good luck to all of us!

CSC was supersonic till the end of August. In Sept. they starded processing petition transfered from VSC. Now CSC got the transfered virus from CWSC and is equally sick as VSC.

They need anti virus drug from Dr. Ziwago.

I am so depressed and need prozac.

Never lose hope, it's the number one necessary thing in this process. I'm depressed too. I was away from my husband when he was in the Army and now USA makes me be apart from him even longer. some days I think they hate me..

I didn't have a single touch yet and i'm waiting for +210days. but you got lucky. I'm stuck at Vermont. CSC is a lot faster.

You are lucky. I didn't even get a single touch. Its like they put our papers on a shelf and forgot it there..

I get the "how would you even find out if he's cheating on you" or "i bet he's seeing other women" a lot. It's hard to be so far away and people pull you down even more sometimes with their stupid comments. We're gonna make it and so will you guys! We are strong! And we probably love our SO more than the people who give their dumb comments.

I filed for a Cr1 visa (just I-130) but I know exactly how you feel. I filed April 7th and i didn't even get a touch yet. I check my emails daily also but nothing ever changes. I hope that someday when we don't expect it we'll get approved. Best wishes to you! You're not alone!

Hello!

It's almost 5 months now since we sent our I130 and I129 and until now we still haven't heard anything from VSC. Congratulations to the Feb filers who are getting approved. But seriously, do we really have to wait this long? How can CSC approve it in 3 months or less and we at VSC are still hanging there somewhere? Do they understand the anxiety (and stress) that this whole time give us? I cry almost every day because i feel like nobody's there to help us. Nobody who somehow understands even just a bit, about the pain.

Everyday i'd check my email hoping that there's a CRIS notification in my inbox. And then i proceed with visajourney to see any updates with those who filed ahead of us. And finally my account with the USCIS.I have been in this routine for a while now and as much as i want to put it to rest, i can't. I need to know what's going on and how long will i wait. I miss my husband and i want to be with him more than anything.

Last week, i emailed the ombudsman and got a reply. However, what i thought was a personal email looked like a "copy and paste" of the other email replies that the rest have gotten. My husband wrote his senator again too. he wrote one before we started the process and of course that hasn't been replied to.

Desperation. Maybe that's why we do this. But only because we want so much to be together. I pray that the Lord will touch the hearts of the VSC people who work on our papers. These are people's lives. No matter how bad the economic situation is in the US, i am willing to leave my job and be with the one person that i love the most. Because life only happens when i am with him. Without my husband by my side, i'm just mere existing.

IF THERE'S ANYONE FROM VSC WHO READS THIS. WE HOPE YOU GET TO SLEEP SOUNDLY

...because we don't...we can't...not until our tears our gone...not until we are united with our families.

Congratulations! (Better late than never right?)

I have a question. Did you guys send in the original and translated ploicecertificate,marriage certificate and birt certificate to NVC or did he have to bring it to Frankfurt? I'm so confuses about it. I would send in the originals and translated copies and make a set of copies for me to bring to Frankfurt. Am I thinking right?
