morning ladies.....thank god for susie to get me back to all of you casue i searched for an hour this morning and couldnt find the yardie page.....anyways our case is finally making some sort of progress.....i dragged my feet for far to long on sending anything in but i finally did (please dont ask why) and in the past 5 days our case has been touched 4 times.....i am praying and hoping for a speedy approval but this alone is a huge progression for me and know that its not sitting at the bottom of a pile of papers on a desk......i know i keep in touch with all of you on FB but for those that arent on FB wanted to share my news......I will be a round lots more asking questions and for direction once things start getting a little further along......have a great day!

good morning ladies!!!!!!! wow yall can chat! it took all evening and a while this morning to catch up and now cant recall what i wanted to comment on! LOL

so i have almost all the forms filled out to start our filing all over again......

i used my maiden name since i dont plan on changing it for a whikle (for lots of reasons) but do i have to put my married name in the section where i put all names i am known by/alias???? and can i send a copy of the marriage paperwork we filled out at the ceremony or do i have to send the original??

and just waiting on a few affidavits from people and we should be good to go!

ok next question.....on the I130 and G325a form do i use my married name or my maiden name???? i havent legally changed name yet and dont plan on it for quite some time (i was told I have a year to change to married name which i will prolly hold out as long as possible if that is the case)

If you are flying from, lets say St Lucia, and going to Toronto Canada, and there is a stop in the US ... do you need a US Visa?

Louis has a friend back home whose husband was beating her badly and she left to go to Canada and now wants to buy a ticket for her teenage some to come up to Canada but the flight goes through ATL. Kinda sucks if he needs a visa!!!

YES you need to get a transit visa thru US and you also need a visitor visa to get into canada......i deal with this at work so i thought i would jump in and answer.....someone prolly already did but i havent read beyond this yet! LOL
