  1. I sent my AOS application last week, I think pretty much everything is OK, but I am not sure if I did the right thing with I-864.

I did my husband's taxes online, so for USCIS I printed 1040 that I had him sign, and I made a photocopy of w2 that I included. Then I read here I shoud have asked for transcripts from IRS. Do you think I will get RFE? What I did is completely legitimate, but now I am worried if they will accept it. I ordered transcripts today by phone just in case (for last 3 years).

    Any thoughts? Thanks

  2. No my country language is not official language english,so we might be able to have interview in our language, but I heard another story, people who is applaying for non-immigrant visa as a tourist visa, student visa, bussines visa, etc, they have interview on english,so I don't know if it's same with immigrant visa,I think it's the best way to call embassy and ask them directly about that language interview.

Anyway THANKS guys for your time and replies,...GOOD LUCK TO YOU ON YOURS CASES AND FAST APPROVAL,....GOD BLESS.

Ja se secam da je moj intervju za turisticku i sluzbenu vizu bio na srpskom, ali sam morala da prevedem papire na engleski. Takodje, glavni formular je morao da bude na engleskom. Pokusaj http://belgrade.usembassy.gov/ SRECNO

  3. That is fine, I heard of people sending way less and had no problem. Also, they are much more interested in getting evidence that marriage is based on love - not interest, then showing your previous intention to go back home. Everybody knows that marriage based AOS gets pardon even if you overstay for a very long time. As long as you are real and your intentions good, they will know it.
