well we already contacted them but they only told us they havent worked on it yet. wow. i see other petitions being approved already , i dont understand how the uscis system works

thats nice to know. where did you get the info that vsc is working on feb filers now? i was trying to look for it on vj but couldnt find it. pls tell me... its so frustrating waiting for nothing. are uscis people on vacation?

[by the way peeps, havent you ever wondered why uscis are fast approving k1 visa rather than I130's? i mean, wheres the logic here people? does that mean its easier to bring your gf to the usa rather than your wife? for the life of me, i still cant figure it out

yep i am a febuary filer and already a frustrated one seeing that the uscis is approving other petitions sent in march...and hasnt even touched mine which was filed a month earlier

i stand in the same page as you. thats exactly what i was thinking, its ironic for them to approve k1's faster than the spousal visas. does that mean the girlfriend can get to the usa faster than the wife? i dont understand that. i believe that the husband has the right to bring his wife wherever he goes. i dont understand why the uscis is approving fiance visas faster than spousals. its plain stupidity

this is what ive been saying all along, these uscis people dont care about petitions, they dont care about feelings. they are very inconsiderate that they take their time and not care how many marriages are suffering from this

our petitions have more or less the same NOA1 and i still havent heard from the uscis . i have given up on it, its been a long 5 months and if they approve it, fine... if not, thats it. those people are very inconsiderate.

im sorry to burst your bubble but calling uscis is useless. i believe those people are taking their time, they wont have any answer for you. my husband called and asked but all they said was they still havent worked on my case yet. and its been 5 months now!

im a feb2008 filer and up to now, no news from vermont. its really pissing me off
