hannahP, this is in defense of Kathassane, she has her reasons why she filed the spousal visa just like the many of us here who have spousal visas. if we had a choice from the start, of course we would have taken the faster route. hannah, you are just lucky, looking at your timeline,your approval was fast. if you were in the same boat as the rest of us here, you would also be ranting at uscis.

sarcastically speaking, why dont we call vsc and ask them if we all need to get annulments so we can file k1's instead? seems like they would rather prioritize fiances, so might as well start from the beginning? duh!

im trying my best to be optimistic about this cj, its getting frustrating but im still hanging on and praying

ive been waiting about 6 months and nothing from vsc. my husband called and they told him to give it 3 months more. so i guess your approval should be out any day now. i would like to storm in vsc office and demand they get their asses moving. im sick and tired of checking the uscis site every hour and all i see is "received and pending".

im with you all the way! lets go guys! maybe someone should sneak in vsc and approve everyones papers?

i thought it was the feb csc fillers who are getting the approvals. us at vsc are still waiting for nothing

i agree with you. i think all they do is sit at their desks , drink coffee, chitchat all day and when they feel like working on a petition, they just pull out whatever paper they feel like working on and then work on it. that explains why there have been petitions filed after ours that have been approved already. many of us are still waiting, they might as well be frank with us and tell us this isnt happening, not in a million years.

im praying they open the gates of I130's and then let out the flood of approvals for all of us

its not just you, there are many of us still waiting. vsc is slow and taking their time

ive been waiting 6 months at vsc and still nothing. if i were at csc, i would have been approved already

has there been any approvals from vsc the past week? it seems like vsc stopped working again. many february fillers and even january fillers have been stuck, without a word from vsc
