    I just called USCIS and they said the approval was mailed on 11-10-08. This is after I just called yesterday to check so apparently it takes a couple of days for it to update. We are so very happy, can't wait to get the hard copy in our hands. Thank you all so much for your kind loving support and we hope you all get your approvals very soon!!!

    Received Latter from NVC

    OMG ! OMG! I can't belive n I can't sleep tonight.. :dance: :dance: :dance: .

    I just made .3-5 phone calls to NVC....after having on hold 10 minute but..get in thouch with agent named "Clerk"....ask my INS No(Receipt No). Benificery name & DOB also ask for Petitioner name and DOB.......he make sure my contact phone no & email ID....

    I don't have my NOA2 yet but I do have NVC latter with case number...

    But I ask him that I m calling regarding to get my case number..( I just wanted to crosscheck that y)..any way he give me my case no. :dance: :dance: and that is that same which I already have on my NVC latter....He said that

    Case Received on November 03, 2008 and :thumbs:

    NVC left to visa-issuing post on November 05, 2008....Woohooo...is on its way... :thumbs: :thumbs:

    Hii..Alll.......

    I came home & guess what!...In mail box I recieved a letter from NVC dated November 06 2008

    I m sure now that my last touch was approval.. :thumbs: :thumbs: . and the USCIS website case is still saying pending .. I m Waiting for my NOA2 too.( I will wait 2-3 day to get hard copy) Hope tomorrow it will show up in my mailbox. (last touched 10/31/08, previous touch was 7/11/08).

    But I haven't recieved an NOA2 . :blush:

    Where is my NOA2 :angry::angry: I will need that for AOS...(may be on my way lets wait 2-3 days more)

    The State Department’s National Visa Center has recently received an approval I-129F petition filed on behalf of your fiancé. This letter is to let you know that within a week the petition will be forwarded to the 'appropriate visa issuing post' where your visa interview will take place.

    Our records show that you filed that I1-296F petition for:

    INS Receipt NO.: ___________

    BARCODE

    The case will be processed at

    Post:__________________

    Consulate General of that United States,

    I would say...u should wait untill u get actual .interview appointment from Mumbai Embassy...so don't wait to get your NOA2..

    When you get packet 4 then start to get PCC. This only might take 1-2 week to get. so don't worry..for that now.

    They people not going to issue your Police Certificate in INDIA without haveing your actual interview appointment latter.and Police Certificate in INDIA is valid only six month around visa get stamped in passport.

    Wow, so much is happening here. Havent been here in a while so i just say

    CONGRATS TO EVERYBODY on whatever good happened to you lately.

    I just received my Visa in the mail so i am relieved the first step is finished. I am leaving in 2 weeks to finally be with the love of my life. Cant wait.

    Well today we had our 2nd NOA2 in the post! I have no idea what the **** is going on.

    Hii All ...Need Some Help Here :blush::unsure:

    Does any one of you, who got their loved one's interview..

    (1) Did u guys means Petitioner send Beneficiarie any proof of ongoing relationship evidence or doc.?

    (2) When did you send I-134 to Beneficiarie?

    (3) Another one is I just have question about marriage- It is ok to have only Courthouse marriage? that after courthouse wedding.. had to have any kind religous-coustom wedding or any kind family reception?

    Because....in my case I got all my relative in USA but my fiance side no one is here so..I don't want him to feel lonely on wedding day :( (offcoures in first wedding all want ..their near n dear ones specially parents.. in wedding) so thinking to do only small courthouse marriage?..Is that would be any problem in feture for AOS? :unsure:
