    I-94 form is here- this form will be given in flight before one hour of landing the plain in the USA Airport..She is going to feel out only front page.. If she need any help she can ask Airhostest..tell her Don't worry :thumbs: but make sure she right correct Date in DD/MM/YY formate as asked on Form...If hse made any mistake ..they will give you another form too if needed..After Go to officer...Officer will staple I-94 on one of Passport page.that won't be given in hand

    oh yaa onemore thing Would u change your timeline.. :time: consulate coose by u is Armenia..Is that right?..caz reading at you post it seems to me in Mumbai...n Please Change that Visa Received..thay would Help people like me a lot..this is the Great Source of Website to get Information & to Help Someone.

    Hey all! Called the Consulate in Rio today and our interview date is March 10th....WOOOOOOHOOOOO!!!!

    One question...the I-134 on their website is still the old one that requires you to have it notarized....so should I use this form or the one on USCIS.gov?

    Yaap .. use one that is on USCIS.GOv site..they keep most current form there.

    this is new form... Form revised on 10/30/2008 but Prior versions are also acceptable

    Just wanted to let you all know that I finally got my approval today. I was talking with my fiancee on the computer when I opened my email and there it was an email saying that I got approved. I was screaming in my fiancee ear (poor thing) my hands were shaking I was so excited I couldnt believe it. Im still on cloud 9 I cant believe it after 204 days of waiting it is finally done. I want to thank everyone for all their support and listen to me complaining. It means so much to me of everyones support. :dance:

    Woohoo.. Finally after 199 days I received My NOA2 hard copy in mail...its on my hand...

    Notice dated January 6, 2009 &

    Aproval Notice Valid from 01/06/2009 to 05/06/2009 ( My case is already in consulate n Interview on 20 January 2009)

    Also my Non -Delivery of approval service request answer: (why there is delay in my NOA2)

    On October 30, 2008 we approved your case Petition for Alien Relative. Due to some issues with out automated system, it appears your Approval Notice was never sent. We are sending your approval Notice under seperate cover and apologize for any incovenience this delay in delivery may have caused.

    Congrats to Mike and Gracey!!! That is great news esp. since I have heard that the interviews over there are rough!

    Slowly our approval becomes real. I couldn't believe it last night. Dan and I just always looked at each other saying "wow, we got it!". And then we had to call our whole family. Everybody was sooo relieved.

    Guys!!!!!

    We just got an email from our congressman telling us we got approved today, January 8!!!!!!!!!!!

    I cannot tell you how happy we are. Sitting here crying and drinking champagne. There is still no end on the road but we probably made the hardest part!!!

    I love you guys and thanks to everyone who prayed and supported us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi.. All here .. I can’t believe :dance::dance::dance::thumbs::dancing:

    Today..I checked just 5 min ago my email inbox n found this..the NOA2 -Approval notice send from CRIS ,which I been waiting for after my last touch on Helloween..Oct 30, 2008 ..I have got NVC letter but no NOA2 hard copy..(case been approved at end of OCT n now after 2 month later they send me my -NOA2 on beging of JAN)I chacked USCIS loging page ..cases status changed n case last touch today 01/07/09..woohoo..Got CRIS email- Approval notice sent. Woohoo… now all this look like VSC fixed all ####### :angry::angry: ….working all….

    I have called n called..cry a lot too :crying: …. :clock: at least more then 20 times n try to talk with level2 support… :unsure: at last I have services requested on my case- Non Delivery of Approval Notice. At least now I will have My NOA2 hard copy. & my fiancé having his interview on Jan 20, 2009..

    Still I don’t know my Approval date. but now NOA2 Approval on its way so hopefully will have it by this week. Now I will be waiting for mailman again. I will keep u all post :thumbs:

    3 active June filers are still waiting for no obvious reason. Chadherm, Skeez&titanic and myself. Skeez even has the same NOA 1 and last touched like me.

    This week, two April filers got approved without having a RFE in between. I hope we don't have to wait thaaaaat long.

    Heeyy.. I m living my life with stress for last 45 day :blink: even we approved but still NO NOA2.., :unsure: so I understand better How u guys feel now..VSC made my worse christmas in my life . :bonk: .

    Hii.. all...My fiance received Packet 4 From Consulate.. And got Interview appointment date oN Jan. 20, 2009.

    I still haven't recieved a hard copy of the NOA2...on Nov 21, 08 I called to customer service center n have services requested- Non Delivery of Approval Notice. I got letter yesterday from VSC that dated Dec 6 2008.

    The status of this service request is : We have requested your file. Please allow a minimun of 60 days for a response.

    Damn I don't have any proof that Case been approved except NVC letter... So I m Holding that .. Now.

    Hi..'pilotayo' ..We both running same date & having same issue...

    Good Luck to all.. I think Who doesn't have NOA2 shoud do somehting...

    I don't know what is going on with VSC. :angry::angry:

    in my case.. I got letter form NVC but not NOA2 notice form USCIS still waiting..Will able I do AOS? with out NOA2 copy...Anybody know any alternative? :blush:

    There is some serious problem with VSC..We don't know what is that n why most june filer are suffering?

    Hii.all... I have Question for I134 notorized... :help::help:

    I went to my bank today to get my I-134 Affadavit of Support notarized. Last time few month ago..they did that seal was embossed but Today, according to them, everything is simply stamped with an InkPad Stamp on I-134 if ink stamp... they said now no longer use an embossed? :blush: Duuh..

    Has anyone else experienced to getting documents notarized without a raised (embossed) seal? Anyone ever have any experienced problems with of these kinds of notarizations?

    Things just changeing every day :bonk:

    First of all Welcome to this Post…

    If you know any other Please Let Them Know to Join This Group. We are here to help each other.

    Off course! We contacted the USCIS Customer Service at 1-800- 375-5283 but not received an appropriate case status regarding to our case also told by USCIS representative to file I-824 & get duplicate notice.

    We all paid $455 for I-129F (Petition for Alien Fiance(e)) case is approved but not yet received Approval Notice from VSC. What kind a GUARANTEE we have that After Paying $340 for I-824 (Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition)

    “Will we have Our Duplicate Approval Notice ontime ?”

    “Is that the way USCIS making money?”

    As far I know 4 people waiting for their NOA2 More then 1 Month.
