Hi all!!! Kindly add us to your list, Richard and Wilyn. We sent our I-130 last May 6, 2008. I dont know exactly when we received our notice (that they received our application). I'll inform you when once hubby arrives (he's on his way here again-6th trip to the Phils).
How do you know you have been "touched"?

I visit her every half year.. last time was in May 2008
and my trips get longer and longer too... took a 2 1/2 weeks vacation this time.. and next time will probably be end of year (Thanksgiving or Christmas) ; plan about 3 1/2 weeks this time.. 
The last few times I went to see my wife in China, I stayed for about a month.

yup! K3 CSC filers should be really happy.. it's moving along at a nice speed. not fast enough as some of you guys want, but at least it is moving.. just a few stragglers left over from febuary, march is filling up.. april is next!! whoohoo!!
for some reason, i'm just happy for everybody! hehe!
yeah we're at the CSC and I am watching it like a hawk... what else am I going to do lol. And my I 130 was over 30 days I won't get my hopes up until Aug or sept.. for a NAO2 and will be estatic if it's sooner

Some of the evidence I submitted for our k3 visa included emails me and my wife had exchanged. But I was just thinking many of these emails are in Chinese with no English. Will they accept this as evidence? or is it not good enough? I was just worrying about these details.
No need emails for the initial submission. They come into play at the interview!
I was just sent several representitive e-mails, as proof of our marriage
Emails don't prove your marriage. Assuming you married in China, you would have taken your red books to the local notarial office (Gong Zheng Chu) for Notarial translations and ended up with a glossy white booklet in both languages. If you submitted that, you've proved you are married. Emails can be evidence of your bona fide relationship and are best taken to the interview. They need not be translated.
I have that 公证书 and submitted it with my application, from the shanghai notary.

Yes, I meant USCIS. Can I translate it myself? and then send them a translated version? Translation is not cheap!

what are the NOTICE DATES on your I-130 and I-129F? .. that is your NAO1. that is the date the service center received your petition...
i put you in the tracker but only based on the dates you posted in here.. will correct when you post the notice dates...
we all want our spouses here as fast as possible, but going through immigration is a pain in our behind.. welcome to the
club.. The notice date on the 1-130 is 04/07/2008 and that on the I-29F is 05/05/200. Thanks again! Hopefully the data on this website is accuarate within a month, so that means hopefully they can get to ours as soon as possible! (hopefully this summer!)

Oh, I bet! I am really hoping that the journey goes on super fast speed too! It looks like you sent your I-130 the day we found out that we have to start this journey or my husband would be banned from the US for good. They told us he was no longer considered a visitor because we are married and he couldn't enter until we started this process for an immigration or a k3 visa.... so here we are! I wish I had known some of what I know now long before... but there has to be a reason that things are happening the way they are... I just wish I understood it better! lol... As you can probably see in my signature line my husband and I are expecting a baby. It's my fourth, but his first. We are hoping and praying that when he goes to cross the border to be present for the birth we get a compassionate guard. He will only stay 2-3 weeks. We have been planning two, but I haven't bought his ticket here yet, so right before I do, we will have to make the call. Anyways.. keep us posted! I hope it does go very quickly for you!!!
Thanks for your kind words. My wife just graduated with her masters, and has to vacate the dorm next month. Now we are looking for a part-time job for her and a temporary room in the meanwhile. From the data on the website, hopefully they are currently processing the forms from march, so that means I hope it can be done by August. So anxious!

on the Visa journey timeline statistic... I don't too excited about any of that because I've seen things go both ways... i'll be excitd when habibi is walking through my front door.,
so this is pased on no facts, just previous statistics? I was rally hopefull from that date. Things are a little hard for me now, and I'm hoping to be with my wife as soon as possible!

Based on the data im reading here, that vermont service center has entered April. Im hoping for August or Septembr to be approved! B)
