Jeremy just went through POE in Charlotte. He said he didn't have any problems Was in and out of immigration in 40 minutes. He'll be in San Francisco tonight!!!

Happy to report we are approved!!!! Wow, now the rest of my life can begin! On the train home now so will write a full report later but wanted to say thank you to everyone on here for all the help, advice and support we've received. This place has been a godsend and I intend to stay with it for all the other processes and form filling to come. So thank you!!

Received the biometrics appointment 5days after receiving the NOA's.

Went for the biometrics appointment early as a awalk in and they were OK with that...i think so long as you get the appointment letter you can go earlier than it says as most offices deal with walk-ins

hi guys, i just wanna share my good news, finally our visas was approved yesterday!!!!! i' really happy, all this wait and stress was making me crazy, but now i see the other side of the way, Jenny i think you are the last, in the July thread? but may 22 is around the corner!!!! and i'm pretty sure that everything is ok, congrats for the news Mr&Mrs, OMG !!! a'm in the same direction!! love you guys

Had cases touched for last 4days in a row but still no transfer!

i applied for a ghana passport.....i just hope it gets here before my biometrics

I think I'm the only one who can't see her case online yet I try every day but still does not work!

I could only see mine after the biometrics were done...may just be coincidence??

They do require a photo ID, the security guards scrutinised mine before they let me through.

GhanaMade88 do you have a drivers license with a photo?

What did you use to enter the US on if you have no passport?

very difficult for anyone to answer as you have not put which Country you are travelling from, so no-one can advise how easy it will be for your sister to get a tourist visa.

what type of visa you will be entering under?

I was given my x-ray seperately and told to keep hold of it for AOS!

When i had the vaccinations transcribed by Dr Arnold onto the I-693 i asked if i needed the TBt and was told no it wasn't necessary.

Seems to be no rhyme or reason as to how some sail through AOS without needing TBt and some have to re-do medicals...guess we're at the mercy of the USCIS adjudicator and what they think on any given day!

Seems crazy when we have already had chest x-rays that show all clear of TB they make you under-go another test...surely the original x-ray would surfice in place of the TBt??

My Husband EAD and AP have been approved on Friday and Viewable online today.. Can't wait to get the EAD!!

I had my biometrics Saturday got a letter today saying case transferred to CSC, woot!.
