Your NOA2 may expire, but the CO has discretionary powers to extend it. Don't stress. To make sure our Lawyer got John to write a new affidavit of intent to marry along with a request to extend.

No, its triplets.

No worries I'm just sorry to share it.

Embassy has been replying in 6-7 days not the 3-4 they say. I've been sending emails regularly over the last four weeks.

My big tip is talc powder. I use the 'hot' wax on my underarms. I cleanse the area first, thoroughly dry and then lightly talc. This means the wax will stick to the hair and not your skin.
Apply wax, wait a minute or so and then peel off. Hair comes out skin stays on.

I'm a big fan of American Airlines, sign-up to their frequent flyers and you will get a weekly email giving you the best deals, its the same with most airlines. I admit I send all the emails direct to spam and check in once a week or so, but these days the trends have reversed the airlines themselves are cheaper than the group sites.

2ond Journey,
Maybe you're husband has been unfaithful? J/k.
Clue me in, Why do you think my husband has been unfaithfull? Another thing, why do men read a thread that is obviously for woman. Could it be you might be also thinking of getting a Mirena insertion also.
2ond Journey just ignore the trolls, its not worth it.

Her A# is listed on the NOA2

I know what you mean about planning, once I received the Aust police cert and sent it and my passport off we started planning, John went and organised our marriage licence and a wedding date at the courthouse, I packed everything ready for shipping, started saying goodbye to people, booked a train ticket to London, a hotel in London and a flight home. We are planning a big wedding in Sept so John even booked a time to go see the reception location.
But of course it wasn't to be. I feel worse than I think I would have if they hadn't said Congratulations pending the supply of your Australian Police certificate you are approved. Welcome to America. I do as requested send it in (there was NOT EVEN a blemish on my certificate) and then they put me into AP.
They should never of got our hopes cause all it has done is to crush us.

I don't want to be discouraging but make sure a) you check up on the SMS Courier, they took 4 days to deliver my docs and passport to the embassy from pick-up. b ) the embassy changed their website last week to say 221 required info is now being processed in 10-15 days not the 5 days thy said at the interview. (I was told the same) c ) I was told congrats provisionally pending the supply of my docs and have now ended up in AP.
The third point may have no bearing on you but be aware of the first two. This can increase you waiting tie substantially more than the 5 days you were told.
-
lol knight I think you ad John are related. He has expressed very similar views.
-
Congrats Stuart.

Its an interesting idea, I really hope its not the case.
I know there have been over a dozen other Aussies processed through London in the last couple of years from VJ. I'm the only one I've discovered to get put in AP. The irony being I was told I was approved pending the Police Cert. If it wasn't for that I don't think I would have crashed and burned so hard.
Surely Magpie would not be effected at the end of the day she IS a British Citizen. I'm crossing my fingers for you and toes and wishing on the first star I see tonight. And for everyone else on the list. This is an awful place to be; this limbo.
I think AP is the equivalent of Visa Purgatory. I'm waiting to see if I get sent to heaven or hell.

I have been in shock for the last week. I am mostly together at the moment. I was told at the interview I was approved pending the supply of my Australian Police Check. I supplied it and then somehow ended up in AP.
Have got the lawyer and congressman in on it, but I am now in a holding pattern. No job, got made redundant after I came back from the US in the New Year (I work in finance). Can't get a new job in the meantime as the USE London has my passport. Can't go anywhere don't have a passport. I'm an Aussie stuck in the UK in a weird limbo.
