hello fellow VJ's just want to ask if how will you know if u passed your medical exam? will they let you know right away? hoping for you reply..specialy for those u already had thier medical exams. thank you.

hello guys, just want to infor you that USCIS gave us wrong info when checking our status at thier website coz yesterday my fiance just got our NOA2 yepeeey....thanks for all of ur reply..gudluck everyone

I didn't lose hope. i just feel abd that it took 5 days and until now we haven't received they mail yet we wanted to give back what they are requesting from us. can i ask why did u got an RFE? coz we didn't know yet what we are alcking or what they ask from us.thanks

It could be a number of things... No one knows what they're asking for. Each petition application may get different RFE, eg, birth certificate, US certificate, pictures to prove you met within 2 yrs, etc

Number of times my fiance checked those papers and evidence he sent and followed the visajourney checklist.but still...much better if we will wait for that notice but it's already 5 days since we checked our status and they mailed that RFE notice to us.It's so frustrating..

Hello everybody i'm a newbie here. I just feel so bad after waiting more than 4 months. i'm a march filer. we followed everything that said on Visajourney checklist but still we got and RFE. I checked my status at USCIS last sunday july 20,2008 it was said that on July 19,2008 they sent us REquest for additonal Evidence and until now my fiance haven't received that notice they sent. how long will it take for my fiance to received that notice??we've been waiting for 5 days now and my fiance is residing in Yakima,Washington.hope anybody/anyone can answer my question.Thank you and i'm so happy for those march filers that receievd their approval. pls pray for us. thank you and God bless everyone.

Sorry to hear that you got an RFE, but I think that you're fiance should be receiving the notice very soon. Sorry that I dont have more info for you, I'm sure someone will be able to point you in the right direction though. Good luck!!

Yakima! I live about an hour from there Keep being patient hon. You may not have to wait THAT long, even though you need to give them more information. I have to say, I'm not sure how long it will take... You can probably call USCIS and ask them what was missing so that you can prepare it and have it ready for when the packet arrives. Just my thought

Thank you. Can i ask what's the USCIS phone number? we are patiently waiitng as what everybody does. It was said that the timeline of sending mail within US in 3-4 days and mail go there everyday and he haven't received it yet. to be exact it's already 6 days since they mail that notice.hope we can receive it anytime soon. thank you guys.i'll be in touch..God bless everybody
