i called USE landline yesterday and they told me that they haven't received our file yet. ahh..so frustrating..they are really killing us.i just wondered why those who got there MNL case number have their papers at consulte now while us haven't forwarded yet.

If you already have your MNL number, then go ahead and take care of your Document Verification. Delbros has been kind of slow lately and you want to give them as much time as possible.

not yet, we don't have any interview date yet. We just received 2 letters from nvc first stating that we are approved last july 31st and 2nd letter stating our case number and they will send out our papers to consulate with in the week adn it's more than a week now. my fiance called this morning and NVC said our papers not yet sent out

I called the call center and they say our papers are there but not yet qualified so he said I cant make an interview date. Is this normal? Or is there something to worry about? He says call back in 2 weeks, then said call back after 6 weeks.???

I heard the same problem over and over here. I suggest you call USEM and ask Grace or Lorraine to confirm. Some call center agents do not know what they are talking about.

yup 3 of us are on the same boat..ahh..they said we ahve to call back afetr 2 weeks.. but i am having another problem now. My fiance called the NVC this morning and they keep on saying that our papers haven't sent out yet..they already sent us 2 letters one last july 31st saying that we are approved and the 2nd one last july 2 with our case number and they said withina week they will send our papers to the consulate. but until now they ahven't sent it out yet..ahh...they are killing us..

hello everybody,we called the NVC last July 28,2008 and we got our MNL2008xxxxxx case number. then last JUly 31st we receievd a letter from them stating that we are approved and another letter on august 2nd stating our case number and said that within that week they will send our packet to MANILA US embassy. But then today August 12 my fiance called the NVC then they said that our packet haven't sent yet. and i see timeline same as ours or later than ours that thier papers are already at MAnila US Embassy.can anyone enlighten me about this? it's more than a week since we received there 2nd letter from them but they haven't sent out our papers yet

I am so frustrated right now. I thought if the USC will call them they will give an interview date but now my fiance just talked with them and he was told to wait for two weeks and wait for the letter. I was hoping I can have my medical this week and be interviewed by August but now things are really messing up. I've seen people here who got interview date 2-3 days after their file was received by the embassy. I don't know why they can't give us a schedule yet.

Pre-paid and post paid cellphones as well as prepaid cards wont work when calling 19091017878.You need to use either PLDT and Smart postpaid landline with IDD(Int'l Direct Dial) to call the call center.Or you can go to the nearest PLDT Business Center and place your call there.Or much better if your fiance will be the one to call.

Did u had ur interview appointment already??

Try the PLDT landline because those cellphone networks weren't really open for this kind of calls esp. the toll free number.

Be ready with your MNL case number they would ask you about it.

Well, just as I suspected! I rec'd my NOA2 today via snail mail!!!!! Online, my case still says "received and pending" and the last update is 7/23....but I'm holding the approval in my hand! YAY!!!!!! So for everyone who is not getting the updates online, don't fret, your approval is probably right around the corner in snail mail!!!! So glad we're now on a faster ride !!!!

hi there! based on my experienced they didn't inform me that i passed. they just told me (the releasing area) bring your x-ray film in the USA. and they asked me two copies of 2x2 photo. and that is also what the others experienced too... so, i guess i passed bec. if i failed they will inform me what to do next... i hope i'm right. just wait for the others reply too.... maybe we dont have the same situation... tnx.
