guys, my skin tb test result is possible? Possible or positive? If your TST is positive, they will ask you to have an xray even if you are pregnant. Chest xrays are not contraindicated on pregnant women because only a very very small dose will reach your womb. A very small dose that will NOT even harm your fetus. Because if the chest xray is harmful to your fetus, they will not request it in the first place. You can look at it online, google it. So that your apprehensions with the xray will be alleviated.

im so worried about it.... i cant undergo a chest xray coz i am pregnant for 3 weeks ,,,,,

is the cd that the st luke is valid to tell them that i am healthy enough? i mean can i show my cd to the surgeon so that he will realease my medical report? What is a cd?

if not what should i do now...i have to file my aos rite? and i need my medical report fr surgeon/ is there any reason that he will hold my medical bcoz my skin test tb is possitive? If your TST is positive, the civil surgeon will request for a chest xray and/or sputum culture and AFB stain.

what happen to me now? how will my aos goes ?pls tell me guys. You can still apply for AOS, if ever, you will have to undergo 6 months therapy at home. They may even restrict you from going places in the fear of spreading the Tb bacilli. Don't worry much, all will be fine. Just live each day one at a time. No worries.

Mine's on the 29th,I got my appointment on mail last Jan. 5th-- so two weeks to go from now! My local office must be busy. It's ok, it's worth waiting for anyway, as long as it's moving (slowly though.. lol)

Hey guys, do you have any idea when the card for EAD will get into our hands after it was approved? Does anyone here receive their EAD card yet? I need an identification card on Feb 12 or 13. My driver license won't be issued until I present my EAD at the DMV (proof of legal presence in the US). I'm taking a board exam that day, the only ID they will honor are the ones issued by the US government. My visa shows my maiden name not my married name.

I'm one of the hundreds that was "touched" today. They touched my EAD and AP, I'm wondering what that touch was for because they already approved those yesterday. I hope they are not retracting the approval. Maybe they just looked for my address, because they are mailing my EAD and AP. :)

Oh...common...EAD & AP give us good news today! I kept checking my uscis account every 30 minutes.....i'm feeling pathethic

You don't have to check your USCIS account every so often...that will make you more anxious. I just received an email from Cris that's how I knew that my AP and EAD were approved. Loosen up a bit, keep you self busy and keep away from the computer hehehe

That was my problem also, I kept looking at USCIS webpage, but because there was no response before, I stopped doing it. Don't worry, with the timelines of the Nov filers, I guess the processing of our papers are right on track. It will come...just wait for Cris's email.

My spouse has applied for her A.O.S. in early December of 2008. She has her SSN (under her maiden name) and passed her drivers "permit" in November of 2008. Can she apply to take her Drivers License test now (her I-94 expired on 11/27/08. We were married on November 15, 2008).? Or does she need to wait until she receives her GC?

Hi there! I was able to apply for a driver license last Oct '08, 2 months after my entry in the US. I already passed my behind the wheel exam but they wouldn't send me the driver license card until my AOS is pending. I can drive now though, they only gave me a temporary driver license (just a piece of paper) that will expire on Jan. 31 '09. They said at the DMV that I will have to come back for the extension of the validity of my driver license should my EAD or GC hasn't arrived yet.
