    Oh! Thank you for replying. Did they specifically indicate what it is about your company that they don’t think qualifies under 319(b)? Hoping you are able to respond with the evidence they require and get approved.

    That makes sense. I’ve seen Fairfax being used a lot for 319(b) but still quite a lengthy timeline. I’ve chosen Honolulu, so we shall see! Are you finished your Naturalization? Thanks for your reply.

    Hi! I know you posted this a while ago, but hoping you might have some info on this. Do you know any 319(b)’s who have “technically” requested any FO within the US but were actually given a Fairfax interview instead?

    My SSN card/number never got processed with my green card. Even though I requested it etc. I received my green card, and waited for weeks for my SSN. Never happened. I made an appointment at my nearest office and attended the appointment. The woman at the office was horrible but it was completed and the card arrived a couple of weeks later. So if you haven’t received it by now, definitely make an appointment!
