    Darnell, Called DOS. The visa agent told me that the Consulate has received my mother's case file but still no interview date yet. I asked her when did they receive the file. She said don't know. She kept all answer shorts. I am hoping for a good news soon! It took them about 2 months to receive the file.

      ok - you are listening for 'casefile opened'. or ask about date for 'casefile opened'. after 'casefile opened', packet 4 sent out with appointment letter, 2 to 3 weeks AFTER 'casefile opened'.
