      Call DoS once a week till you hear of 'casefile opened' for status. Yes, he will receive a P4, maybe. Maybe not. make an account at ustraveldocs and try to self-schedule after hearing 'casefile opened' status at DoS Hotline. # at bottom of my profile page.
