Are you guys sending in 2008 returns or 2007?

Good to know mine was generated on 02/07/09 a day after so I should expect it by tomorrow at the latest the end of the week. Just wish that postman would put it in the right mailbox! UGH

We went ahead and paid both fees yesterday 2/06/09.

Paid the AOS fees....yipee!!

They accepted the email from 01/30 yay (and it hadn't been generated yet)

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions before the instruction packet will be sent.

I kind of got ahead of myself and e-mailed the DS3032 as soon as my case was received...I just called NVC AVR and it said it was generated yesterday and so was the fee bill. Should I resend the email?

For the I-864 can I send three years worth of tax transcripts or does the most recent year have to be 1040 & W-2?

You can get a waiver iwth a fiance or with a spouse visa....the bar is determined by the amount of time and number of illegal entries.

Its great to know you're not the only one trying to get the IIN number and not being successful. Now I know its standard procedure and they arent just signaling me out.

How do you know your fee bills have been generated? Do you have to talk to someone or does the AVR tell you, I never bother to talk to anyone just go to the AVR. Even when it is generated, you need both numbers IIN & case number to pay correct?

My case number was assigned on 01/29/2009. I just e-mailed the DS 3032 (not sure if too early?) and not sure when to expect it in the mail? Should I expect it in the mail or just print it from their website and mail in, even if I already submitted it by e-mail?

Well hubs went to request Police Certificates and they said it would be two months! So we'll be here for a while.

My NOA2 date is 1/22.

Approved 1/22!!!!!!!! My wish came true, before the weekend aprpoval yay!

I'll be at NVC for a LONG TIME, we want our interview to happen at the beginning of next year but its great to know we could have it scheduled sooner if we wanted to.

Today is one month since transferred, I want something!!!! Come on CRIS, today or tomorrow...It'd be nice to have something before the weekend.

I'm getting restless, but I'm glad to see that almost all 12/17 transfers are approved, so now they should be moving on to 12/22 transfers...come no its Tuesday lets get back to work CSC. They dont close for Inaugaration Day, do they?

I agree, the waiting is too much - I see approvals all over I want mine too (everyone on here get to NVC!).

I cant even work right, I keep checking my email for CRIS and this site and another site and the wait continues and continues.
