Congrats Lanne25! Mine was quick too. Now, we're in a waiting game with NVC . I did some reading and asking around, and it looks like the earliest you could get the Case # and Invoice # from NVC is 30 days from submission date from USCIS. But this is NOT a definite timeframe, as there's no such thing as definite timeframe in this process. Just to give you an idea.
I called NVC last Thursday (2nd time I called them - first time was May 12th) and found out the date that they received my case. True that calling won't be any help but nobody will stop you if you call them 24/7 .
The wiki's really helpful with tips and what nots.
    Goodluck! Keep us posted!

Anybody who received their visa - how many days you've waited from passing the interview to receiving your visa? And is it okay to ask the consul when will you receive your visa?
I know somebody who got theirs the next day. They asked and were told to pick it up from the Embassy the very next day. Is anybody else here as lucky as her?
    Thanks!

I will be soon applying for a petition for my parents to be able to come over here in US. And I have created the guide below for my reference which hopefully could help fellow applicants who just applied or soon be applying IR-5 for their parents. Also, I hope to get suggestions from those who've been through the process.
    Thanks,

I'm sorry... you obviously didn't read ALL the instructions... Most specifically it looks like you didn't see the multiple mentions M-476 (both on link 1 below and in the form instructions). At the end of M-476 there is M-477 (which is also available as a separate document) which lists required documents to be sent with your application, of which the last 3 items are of course mentioned. You should probably give that a read...
    1. This is where you get the form (and other documents): http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=480ccac09aa5d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD
    2. These are the form instructions: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/n-400instr.pdf
    3. This is the document checklist (also called M-477): http://www.uscis.gov/files/article/attachments.pdf
    Per my previous list:
    - Payment in the amount of $680.00 payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security Link 1, Link 2 (page 6) & Link 3 (page 1)
    - N-400 – Application for Naturalization, signed & dated Link 1
    - Copy of Permanent Resident Card; front and back Link 1, Link 2 (page 5) & Link 3 (page 1)
    - 2 passport photos (Name & alien number on back) Link 1, Link 2 (page 5) & Link 3 (page 1)
    - Copy of Birth Certificate of USC Link 3 (page 1)
    - Copy of Marriage certificate, Link 3 (page 1)
    - Copies of IRS Tax Return Transcripts (or other evidence per M-477) Link 3 (page 1)
Remember to READ EVERYTHING during these processes. I know this is N-400 and it's the last step for a lot of us but reading everything is very important.
