  1. I spose so... but sooner or later everyone gets offended.

Thats part of being an American.

Get over it, Get used to it, Move on.

My wife has been offended by many things TCO has written about me but you never made any effort to shut him down...

I feel sorry his wife, she deserved so much better...

there's no need to introduce his wife into the conversation - she is a vj member.

Are you saying the 'Good Ol Boy' network should attempt to conceal TCO's deplorable behavior from his wife??

as she's a vj member, she might take offense to you trying to drag her into this conversation.

Ahh The truth in reason....Grow up!!!!!

  2. I am paperless with my bank, so nothing is mailed to me. I am suppling the statements to show direct deposits of my retirement checks which there are (3). Will printing the on-line view of the page of my deposits be acceptable to embassy? Keep in mind the on-line versions do not show complete account number. I will not print every page of each statement, just the deposits to cut down on total number of pages. Also, do you think the embassy cares what the ending monthly balances are? Any good advice is greatly appreciated.

You can print your online statement

    -P

Willie has a bunch of hot models on the show right now

    Some nice Eye Candy..............

Sorry, I don't watch bakya shows! :star: We don't subscribe to Pinoy Channel either.

You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. WoWoWee is not even close to porn and is a great variety show that my wife and I watch all the time. And yes the girls are very beautiful...

  5. Been thinking of how I'll be able to send a box back home...I can use FedEx but it's expensive and not to mention that it's so prone to Custom's extortion. Another option is via USPS but I'm worried that the box will just get lost. I've searched online and I found VGM forwarders here in Memphis, TN. Anyone who have tried VGM forwarders? How was your experience with them? How's their delivery time?

    Thanks!:)

  6. Given the fact that Homeland Security monitors forums such as this you probably don't stand a chance of getting her here now anyway. Your avatar appears to be you and probably your user name is also related to your real name.

You should probably just quit now before you subject yourself to further disappointments with her or immigration...

  7. Wow... and people still think that mental testing isn't a good idea for people to purchase legal firearms?

I think it's a good idea, though inherently flawed. Most psych testing will only bring about the most extreme patterns hermano, hence slight psychosis will not mark in the test. That and a good old drunken azzhole who would normally be a good dude... you know?

Yup. I can only hope the examinations can be developed to check for potential to violent behavior based on different reactive results. I can see one day there being actual 'scenario' driven tests designed to see how 'normal' people cope with different stimuli. Thusly we can overcome some of the general-population flaws you're thinking about.

Of course we can assume that the most extreme cases will be the easiest (and maybe others will be the hardest ones... its no secret many bona fide psychotics are really intelligent people) to detect. I think that's why challenging practical tests would be needed.

As someone whom believes I should be able to have a gun, its a price and process I'm willing to undergo to ensure the good guys have the weapons, and not the bad ones.

CAREFUL!! If you tell the Democratic Senate that you think every American should be tested to see if they are Psychotic they might do it...

  8. The youngest victim (age 6) can probably rest much easier knowing that she wasn't killed by a gun.

Four people died in a Thanksgiving Day shooting rampage when a Florida man finished his dinner, left, returned with a handgun and turned it on relatives.

All the victims were relatives of the suspect, 35-year-old Paul Michael Merhige of Miami, who is still at large, according to Jupiter police.

"We know the suspect had an ongoing resentment toward family members and at some point in the evening left the residence for a short period of time, then returned and started shooting without warning," Police Sgt. Scott Pascarella told ABCNews.com.

Pascarella said there were 17 guests at the holiday dinner massacre at the home of the youngest victim. He did not know if anyone had been targeted by the suspect.

"The suspect was an invited guest into the home, spending Thanksgiving with members of his family, and he started shooting," Pascarella said.

A neighbor called 911 after family members sought her out for help, according to ABC affiliate WPBF.

Police said the victims -- Makayla Sitton, 6, a second or third cousin; Raymonde Joseph, 76, an aunt; and Carla and Lisa Knight, 33, his twin sisters -- were relatives of the suspect. A fifth victim, Patrick Knight, 37, and the husband of Lisa Knight, was treated and released at St. Mary's Hospital in West Palm Beach after he was grazed by a bullet, police said. The suspect also injured a cousin, Clifford Gebara, 52.

The dinner was at the Jupiter home of the dead girl's father, James Sitton.

The youngest victim was asleep in her room when she was shot and died after she was taken in a helicopter to St. Mary's Medical Center, according to ABC affiliate WPBF.

The girl's father, Jim Sitton, worked as a journalist for Florida's WPTV station, according to its Web site.

"I just want to let everyone know that she's in heaven; we know where she is, and that's the only reason I can stand here today," he told WPTV. "God has blessed us with a beautiful little girl and he just took her home."

U.S. Marshalls are assisting local police in the manhunt.

The suspect was last seen leaving the home at about 10 p.m. Thursday night in a blue, four-door 2007 Toyota Camry, bearing Florida license plate W427JT. He is considered armed and dangerous.

That American women should have kept her mouth shut!

  9. Does the issue of sending money home (or how much you send) cause tension between you and your spouse? If so, how have you tried to resolve it?

What rules do you and your spouse follow regarding remittances (e.g. money only comes from Filipino spouse's pay)?

How do you determine the amount of money you send back to family in Philippines?

How do you distinguish legitimate needs vs. "nice to have"s?

How do you handle emergencies (real and imagined) that come up?

Have you ever cut any family members off financially? If so, why and for how long?

No tension. Its my own money not from my hubby (USC).

You have done well at becoming an American Women. Glad my wife is not!

  10. hello! Does anyone know if it is true that USEM does not allow co-sponsors for K1 applications?

It surely be a great help! Thanks!

If the sponsor can't afford to take care of a wife by needing a co-sponsor he should not be allowed to petition anyone...

Yep and there has been "talk" of knocking out co sponsors for all immigration visas in the near future.

We have way more than enough people on welfare already. No need to import more! :bonk:

    :lol::thumbs:

  11. Maybe I misunderstood? You want a sim for use in the US? If so, then yes a prepaid like Richard suggested is what you want. Not an internationally roaming number!! that would cost a fortune. There are several places to load a filipino sim card on the web. I use Pinoy Load to load my wifes phone.

I reload with a seller on Ebay much cheaper than a lot of other Load Stations. Compare below
